All are welcome! I'm changing things a bit to try to make it more inclusive since turnout has been low.
1. Pre-BFP exercise and eating goals
2. Current exercise and eating goals

Re: Fitness and Healthy Eating Check-In 7/11
2. Walking most days, getting in prenatal yoga, avoiding added sugars, and getting in protein.
3. 1 prenatal yoga class, 1 time practicing at home with Youtube, and lots of walking.
4. I did okay. There were days I didn't walk due to bad weather, but I finally got into a prenatal yoga class. It was great! Just my speed. It was nice not to have to worry about modifications, and it was still a great workout. I'm just going to go once a week since it's kind of expensive.
5. Just fighting nausea and exhaustion. It hits in the afternoon, my best time to exercise, but I'm finding that if I push through it I won't really think about it while I exercise.
6. It's hard to pick just one, but I really love Office Space. So funny. For serious movies, maybe The Godfather?
2. Running at nights since I feel better in pm--training for a 10k Oct. 1st
3. Goals--try to force myself to eat healthier-run 3x this week.
4. goals? Good for exercise: I ran a 5k on Saturday in 29min. Bad with food. All I can seem to stomach is crap!!
6. Pride and Prejudice
1. Pre-BFP: Modified Crossfit or spin 4-6 times per week (occasional yoga) Weight Watchers type food plan
2. Current: spin and body weight exercises ~3 times per week, still following food plan with adding an additional couple of points per day
3. Goals for this week - try to actually make it 3 times to the gym or doing some activity
4. Last week? Not great. Not the best food choices, but not the worst either. Only worked out 1-2 times.
5. Pregnancy-specific: My doctor has said its fine, but I still find myself a little concerned that I might "overdo" it with something. I'm keeping track of my heart rate, but I worry about over heating and toning it down when I need to. Not sure how to handle it when things get more "pronounced" in my belly.
6. GTKY: Do you have a favorite movie? I love movies - most movies. I have a lot that are high in my list, highest I can think of right now is Labyrinth.
I bike 80-100 miles per week, plus some walking and misc. I was eating to maintain weight - about 10lb higher than my normal maintenance weight since I was trying to get pregnant.
2. Current exercise and eating goals
I'd like to get some exercise! I don't know where I'm going to find time, though.
Food-wise I'm focusing on protein for the nausea and just trying to eat enough.
3. Goals for this week?
Eat more. I'm down 2lb since I got home last Saturday. I don't even have NVP to blame for it.
4. How did you do with your goals for last week?
I got in a couple days of hiking last week. Then DH hurt his ankle - I haven't even been getting the walk from the train to the office since then. I shuttle him around and run a billion little errands but no proper exercise. I'm really hoping to have more spoons next week.
I didn't lose weight on the hiking trip - I was actually thinking I was going to gain with all the extra eating I did, but I came home the same as I left.
5. Pregnancy-specific exercise and health challenges, vents, or questions?
Whoever says you don't need to eat more in the first trimester is full of shit. I've added a full meal and two snacks a day plus replaced a bunch of my non-caloric beverages with caloric ones.
Breakfast used to be a cup of coffee, followed by a morning snack of fruit and yogurt. This morning I had 3 eggs, 3 sausages, 3 corn tortillas, and a couple ounces of cheese. Followed by a cookie, a cheese stick and 300 calories of fizzy juice. It isn't even lunchtime. I eat like this ALL DAY - I'm averaging 1000+ more calories a day than I was before pregnancy and my weight is still slipping. What the heck?
6. GTKY: Do you have a favorite movie?
I just saw SALT again, and that was good. I like that sort of spy/action movie where the stunts are unrealistic, the guns never run out of bullets, and the protagonist is always two steps ahead.
Barre Pilates 2-3 x / week and training for a half marathon in October. I was eating mostly healthy (minus the wine!). Just eating to maintain, not lose. Any other Barre mamas here?
2. Current exercise and eating goals
I felt pretty crappy for a long time during this pregnancy but now that I'm almost 12 weeks I have done Pilates 3 times this week and got out for a run yesterday!
3. Goals for this week?
Maybe try to fit in a longer run this weekend?
4. How did you do with your goals for last week?
I slept and ate last week so....
5. Pregnancy-specific exercise and health challenges, vents, or questions?
Trying to ease back into a modified routine now that I'm feeling better, but I totally agree with mommouskee... I AM SO HUNGRY.
6. GTKY: Do you have a favorite movie?
Just watched Brooklyn last weekend and ugly cried through most of it...
