How far along are you? 8 weeks (ignore my ticker for now - I have not updated it based on my due date change!

How big is baby? raspberry

Appointments this week? I have a follow up ultrasound on Friday. Based on my LMP I should be about 9.5 weeks. However, since I have 40-ish day cycles I ovulate late so measuring "behind" based on LMP. My last ultrasound put me at a 2/19 due date but they won't make that official til this next ultrasound. Looking forward to confirmation baby is growing as he or she should.

Symptom changes? The exhaustion and nausea have improved.

GTKY: What is your favorite vacation spot? We honeymooned in Maui. I would go back in a heart beat. I have also traveled across several countries in Europe and would happily return there, too.

How far along are you? 7 weeks

How big is baby? Blueberry!

Appointments this week? US on Tuesday. Very anxious to hear that heartbeat.

Symptom changes? Still no MS although I'm feeling a little queasy more often. Tiredness comes and goes as opposed to being constant like it was a week ago. Lots of headaches, but I'm overdue on a B12 shot so that could be contributing.

Rant/Rave/Questions? I have a rant! I'm an attorney and have been practicing for 3+ years, but due to the delays in the admissions process in NYC I have only been admitted to the bar for around 2.5. I recently moved, and since I've been admitted for less than 3 years I have to take the bar all over again here. I am a TRADEMARK attorney, and guess what -- trademarks are NOT on the bar!!! Instead, I'm having to re-learn criminal law, constitutional law, etc. It would basically be malpractice for me to practice in any of these subjects as my expertise is limited to intellectual property, but I have to spend all my time prepping for a test that doesn't even test on what I actually practice. And now that I'm pregnant it all just seems extra unfair

GTKY: What is your favorite vacation spot? I love Paris, but since I can't drink wine now and walking around sounds terrible, I vote Jamaica. Such a beautiful place to sleep on the beach all day long, which is all I want to do.

Appointments this week? Yes! Finally my first ultrasound on Tuesday. Nervous but excited

Symptom changes? Pretty much zero symptoms stills. My boobs are still bigger and I think sore or I'm just getting used to it. I hope this isn't a bad sign. My sister said she didn't have any symptoms with her first two so fingers crossed.

Rant/Rave/Questions? My partner lives in another city and should be moved here in the next month or two. I really need this to happen soon. Ugh

GTKY: What is your favorite vacation spot? Jeez anywhere right now. Going to Maui in sept after haven't beenin 15 years. Looking forward.

Ultrasound Thursday! Anxious to see baby developing normally and hear and/or see a heartbeat!

Symptom changes?

Not really--a bit more exhaustion and sore boobs, but still no real nausea (thank goodness!)

GTKY: What is your favorite vacation spot?
Anna Maria Island, Florida. Such a quiet, family friendly beach with a lot of local fun stuff to see and do.
