Rolling Babies!

I'm sure some of yours have already started this awhile ago. My little guy has been trying for weeks. I keep watching and waiting to see! Hoping he'll do it when daddy it home so we can both see. Well, it happened last night when we were all asleep. He rolled over apparently and started crying ( he hates being on his tummy!) and I didn't know and though he just woke up early and would go back to sleep on his own. He did and woke up again at six where I found on his tummy. He is exactly three months.

So, when did yours first completely roll over unassisted?
Back to front first or were they a weirdo like my guy and do the hard front to back first?
For second, third, etc time moms, how long before sitting up and stuff came after the rolling?

    Mine's been going from his front to back for about a month. He rolled over (back to front) for my little cousin a few days ago but hasn't since. We'll see if he does it again soon.

    Usually, they do belly to back first, but my third did back to belly first on the day she turned three months. She also started sucking her fingers then, which made the unswaddling process a whole lot easier. Sitting is generally around 6 months, but none of mine were that early.

    Mine hasn't rolled over yet. But she can get herself up to a basically unsupported  sitting position while cradled in my arm. Hard to explain, but she does it. It's crazy.

    Front to back is easier for most babies...they often do it without even trying during tummy time.

    Mine rolled from tummy to back when she was 6 weeks old. She did it over and over one night. Then nothing (she did try but never got it) after that until today (9 weeks) she started doing it again! She has always had a VERY strong neck, even her doctor was impressed during her first few appointments after she was born! She was also rolling to her side alot her first few weeks then that stopped.

    Jackson just rolled back to front for the first time unassisted today! He's 15 weeks old. When he got there he started crying because tummy time sucks lol

    Thomas is almost 12 weeks and is no where near rolling over. DD was able to roll both ways by this point. T's head is proportionally way bigger than the rest of his body (height and weight are in the 70% and head is in the 100%). He can hold his head up in a seated position, but struggles big time to life it during tummy time. I second @Knottie9983816 tummy time sucks haha. Ps- I'm happy you're back!!

    I actually had deleted the app and was trying to figure out when I discovered I was pregnant so I reinstalled it. It's so dead here now

    R is almist 14 weeks and not really near rolling all the way over. She's just started sometimes rolling to the side again, but I think it will be a while before she gets it. Mobility can take it's time as far as my sanity is concerned. L started rolling shortly after three months.

    LO can roll back to tummy. He started doing it a about a month ago, about 2 months old. He cant do it effortlessly and struggles to get over that bottom arm. He finally figured it out and rolled several times pretty easily. Since then, he hasnt done it again. I guess he thinks he mastered it and so there's no need to keep doing it. Silly baby! He has rolled a few times tummy to back but I think only because his arm was in just the right position lol.

    He did it again! Last night he started out on his back with his head at the top of the crib. He was fussing kind of weirdly at around 5 so my husband goes in and his head is at the foot of the crib and he was on his tummy! I righted him after feeding him.
    when I go in this morning he was flipped on his tummy again at the foot of the crib with his arm pinned underneath him. He looked up at me and flipped back into his back and smiled up at me really wide! I guess he just doesn't want to show us his flipping skills.

    Callen was rolling from tummy to back about a month ago, but he hit a wonder week and stopped. He hasn't really seemed interested in rolling over since then. He wants to sit up really bad though. He can't quite do it on his own, but he loves sitting up in his boppy.

    Ok, seriously!! He only rolls while he is sleeping. We went in at 11:00 to do his dream feed and there he was rolling over right when we could see him doing it and trying to unpin his arm that was underneath him!! We pick him up and he is asleep, hard asleep and sleeps through the feeding.
    Is this normal!?! Lol. He really won't even attempt to do it during the day. And he hates being on his tummy! I think we've officially got a kid who sleeps "around" the bed instead of in it.

    Thomas rolled back to front at exactly 11 weeks. I'm terrified this means he'll be like me and walk at 8 months. I'm not ready for a mobile baby!

    He loves tummy time though so he hasn't even attempted to roll the other way.

    I was speaking full sentences at 9m and walking at 10m. I'm really hoping Jackson doesn't start walking that soon

    My 2nd was crawling at 5 mos, walking at 9 mos, and was a crazy good climber by 12 mos. The early walking wasnt nearly as bad as the early crawling.

    He tries so hard to get up and go. Holds most of his own weight and can take 5 or so steps. I'm sure he'll be mobile in a month or two. I'm not quite sure I'm ready for that
