Symptoms gone!?

Hi, ladies!! I am 10w4d pregnant today!! I felt queasy almost all day from about 6 weeks up until 8.5 weeks and it's all gone now. I seriously don't even feel pregnant. The only symptom I still have are tender breasts. I don't even feel bloated anymore. This is baby #3. I had an ultrasound at 6w6d and baby was fine and we saw the heartbeat. I don't have another appointment for another 2 weeks and this wait is killing me. I'll be almost 13 weeks then. Any reassurance ladies? Thanks!

    Mine disappeared around 9 weeks. It completely freaked me out, but my doctor said they can come and go. Like pp said, unless you start having major bleeding, cramping and such you are okay and just enjoy it.

    I know, I'm trying to enjoy it!! I did call the nurse this morning and I have an appointment later today for blood work. She said results will be in tomorrow morning. I switched Dr offices so I haven't had my initial appointment there yet. 
    I think also, I need to stay off Google. I just keep searching things and it doesn't help.
    And at about 9w I ordered one of those fetal doppler things and could never find a heart beat, so I sent it back after having it a few days because it was freaking me out. So, hopefully good news tomorrow.  I'll keep you all posted. 
    Do you think they are doing blood work to check hormone levels??

    I'd had the same experience, and my boobs even shrank a little. The bloat belly has been coming and going this entire time, but I had a us yesterday, and there's definitely a fat little raspberry in there! My doctor said the same, that as symptoms change and become less severe, and you just get used to them and can mistake that for absence (like my dense, heavy boobs suddenly seeming sort of squashy, but still spilling out of my old bra). Bodies are weird, man. 
    Oh yeah, and what @ashli22289 said- stay away from Google! Any question I've had can be answered either by other ladies here, or by the index of WTEWYE.

    I wanted to update you all!! I had bloodwork on Wednesday and Thursday they called and said my HCG was over 46,000 which they said was good. And that my progesterone level was low so they started me on a pill of that to take each night, they also scheduled me for an ultrasound today! Got to see our precious baby. Heart beat was 167 and it was wiggling all around!! So, all is well!! ♡♡ thanks everyone for the replies!!
