With DS my water broke but I wasn't having contractions. This time around I'm having major Braxton hicks (which I had with DS) but given my situation I want to try tracking them so I can tell my doc how often they come/last. Do any ST(or more)Ms have an app you used to track them?
Re: App for tracking contractions?
The app dings you when it's been xyz amount of contractions within xyz amount of time. It has a really big button that says "Start" or "End" and says "Time to call the doctor!" if you hit the threshold (Which it says is the same one most obgyn's use) You can also program your OBGYN's number into it, so it will pop up with "Dial" after telling you to call. You can also rate the intensity- with smiley faces.
Basically, it's super simple, but does a good job. It was also free. I like free.
