AW-Announcement Ideas!

Hey guys! 
So I am at a complete loss and need extra brains. We aren't announcing on social media until we are 13-14 weeks, but we want to announce it to our home church at our 4th of July BBQ (I'll be 8 weeks by then). For the life of me I can't figure out how to do it since it it will be chaotic with kids and food and such. Anyways, I need more brains, any ideas? I've tried google and Pinterest and can't seem to find anything for that specific occasion.

    Honestly since it's a big event and I'm guessing it's the church hosting just tell people and I'm sure the word will get around and everyone will be excited.

    Unfortunately since its this weekend there isn't really time to special order anything or you could have maybe worn a shirt that said something like "future [church name] member est Feb '17".

    Since the day will be chaotic and the weekend is already upon you. I'd just tell people as you speak to them throughout the day.  Maybe wear a shirt that says something about a new family member or something but I don't think you have to plan some great big announcement when the event may be a little hectic.
