    Eat all the fruit I made my husband buy me this weekend

    Hoping to go to Yoga 4 times this week
    Are there any challenges you're facing this week?
    I got a blister on my heel from walking too far Friday, so I'm a bit limited until it heals
    How did you do with your goals last week?
    Good until the weekend, I didn't do anything Saturday and ate a lot of junk Sunday
    GTKY:  Which is harder for you, nutrition or exercise?
    I think exercise is more difficult, I can always come up with an excuse to put it off, and I feel like I don't get those magic endorphins everyone else talks about

  • What is your Health/Nutrition Goal for the week? We have been eating out a ton. I think im going to make it a point of cooking at least 4 times this week. 

    What is your Fitness Goal for the week? Not specific but, Im going to be getting back to the gym this week. I was diagnosed with placenta previa at 7 weeks and put on modified pelvic rest. Today the drs said i am cleared of previa and i can get back into motion. However i feel like a blob and am so out of shape from lack of exercise. Its going to be tough

    Are there any challenges you're facing this week? Reconditioning after 13 weeks of sitting on a couch.

    How did you do with your goals last week? skipping this for now

    GTKY:  Which is harder for you, nutrition or exercise? Nutrition. I have always been overweight and food is a major issue for me. Ive been on weight watchers the majority of the last 5 or so years (with the exception of during pregnancy)  When im not on the program i can easily gain 6+ pounds a month without trying. I told myself i wouldnt do that again this pregnancy....im failing. The drs dont seem concerned but after losing 45 pounds before my daughter and then 25 pounds before this pregnancy im not looking forward to having to lose it all again for the third time.

  • Yes! Hopefully this will motivate me for the rest of my pregnancy!

    What is your Health/Nutrition Goal for the week?
    To eat more home cooked meals! Tonights meal is sweet potatoes, spinach and grilled chicken. 

    What is your Fitness Goal for the week?
    To attend my prenatal yoga and prenatal pilates classes.

    Are there any challenges you're facing this week?
    A lot of personal challenges that I am trying to handle as calmly as possible. But when I hit any sort of challenges, I tend to eat bad food.

    How did you do with your goals last week?
    Ummm, not too well. I still had ice cream like every day :/

    GTKY:  Which is harder for you, nutrition or exercise?
    Nutrition is so hard for me! Don't get me wrong, I love eating fruits and veggies and I eat them every day but I continue to eat ice cream and fried foods often!

  • What is your Health/Nutrition Goal for the week? Water intake! At least 64 oz of water every day, hopefully more.

    What is your Fitness Goal for the week? I want to run at least twice and do yoga at least three days this week in addition to my twice weekly climbing. I've been slacking and I'm feeling it. Even got a charlie horse in my calf just by stretching in my sleep the other night - that hasn't happened to me in years!

    Are there any challenges you're facing this week? 80+ degree heat. Normally I love heat, but I'm finding since being pg I get overheated much faster.

    How did you do with your goals last week? Only climbed once, so not good on the exercise. Did fine on the eating, but not as good on the water intake. 

    GTKY:  Which is harder for you, nutrition or exercise? Definitely exercise. I love exercising, but I've gotten horrible at making time.

  • What is your Health/Nutrition Goal for the week? Eat low calorie, veggie and fruit options through Wed and not overdo it on seafood while on vacation.

    What is your Fitness Goal for the week? I finally found my fitbit this weekend! Its been lost for awhile. My goal is 10,000 steps per day. I know that is much higher than what I've been doing sitting at my desk all day every day but we will be touring new cities so it shouldn't be a hard goal to make.

    Are there any challenges you're facing this week? nah

    How did you do with your goals last week? My goal was to start yoga again, which I did so #winning

When I saw the word squats I was immediately like, I'm out! LOL. But then I read the whole challenge and thought, ok that's reasonable, so I'm In! We are leaving for vacation on Thursday so I will focus on getting my 4 days in sooner rather than later before I get exhausted from travel.

    Getting ready for a holiday weekend and making good choices even though I'm craving everything sweet!

    Made it to two barre classes, trying to make three this week! 
    GTKY:  Which is harder for you, nutrition or exercise?
    both? Probably nutrition because we like to eat out but I feel like I have good weeks for both and off weeks for both, trying to be more consistent.

  • What is your Health/Nutrition Goal for the week? Better breakfasts - I've been grabbing whatever because I'm starving and in a rush, when I really need to be prioritizing protein at the very least.

    What is your Fitness Goal for the week? To swim or elliptical at least three times this week

    Are there any challenges you're facing this week? I have jury duty starting tomorrow and I honestly don't know what to expect as far as time or duration of reporting times... this makes getting to the gym potentially more challenging.

    How did you do with your goals last week? I did much better - I did two days of solid workouts and I had less junk, but regrettably more salty things.

    GTKY:  Which is harder for you, nutrition or exercise? Right now I'm going to say it's a dead tie. Some food just smells awful when I make it and the crappy food I am eating makes me lethargic and anti-exercise.

    Just the usual ridiculously busy schedule.

    I did squats a few different days but otherwise I lacked.

    Nutrition! Exercise is easy but consciously eating well always gets me.

    we're getting ready for vacation so I'm even more pressed for time than normal.

    How did you do with your goals last week?
    I'm a newbie for the health and fitness so I didn't have any goals last week.

    GTKY:  Which is harder for you, nutrition or exercise?
    these days it's exercise. I don't mind the working out part but I have a hard time making time to do it.
