I can't decide if my OB or Diabetes clinic are the twats. The OB had to reschedule my app for this morning to this afternoon, but the Diabetes couldn't do the same, So I have one app at 11:20 and the other at 3ish.

My maternity dress pants are my tw today. Or maybe I am..
Hard to decide.

I put my pants on backwards today and couldn't figure out why they were so uncomfortable. 10 minutes later DH asks why I have the front pockets on my butt. I hemmed the pants this weekend and just figured I messed something up but couldn't figure out how taking an inch off the bottom could have altered the fit like that.

I think I'm tired.

My TW is my boss. She can't say no to patients. As a result, she's got us double and triple booked every day of clinic this week with no lunch scheduled. Well screw you. I'm just going to disappear for an hour every day for lunch. And she expects me to do all: assess every patient she and the other provider see, provide resources and referrals all day, and hold a separate counseling schedule for additional patients. There isn't enough time in the day. And I get super annoyed when she tries to screw up my schedule so I can see extras of her patients. I'm just so burnt out. I don't formally have the VA job offer, but I put in my notice because I just can't anymore. Next Friday I'm running out the door!

My TW is this heat. It was 107 yesterday, it's suppose to be 108 today. I just can't. Not pregnant I don't mind the heat, but pregnant me just can't. I just want it to be Friday, we are going to the coast to go camping until next Tuesday and it's only suppose to be in the 70s! I can not wait!

@sourlemon that made me laugh. Sorry you had that experience. I don't have a TW yet. If my H forgets to being home cake then I will. If not, I might make it through this day happily and annoyance free.

@LinziLoo09 sounds like my boss. We are down a paralegal and an attorney, let roughly same number of cases. Not sure how he expects us to be as proficient, but ok. *eyeroll*

@kmh1416 same, plus I'm having a hard time finding plus sized maternity clothes. Target and online at Old Navy have been my best bets so far.

My twats today (again) are clients. They were supposed to meet me at 11 at one office. No show. I called at 11:15, they said they could arrive by 12. It was 12:30 before they showed up. Mind you my lunch is at our other office and I had already devoured the snacks I'd brought for the day, so yeah. They suck.

Also, our tenant in our other office is moving out and she took her microwave (I didn't know it was hers, I assumed it was ours), so guess what? I couldn't eat my frozen entrees that I had waiting on me. I had to leave again to get something. UGH.

Twats.

@em01092 I commend you working in a law office. I worked in one for a summer back in college doing random secretarial stuff, including transcribing deposition notes and scribbles. And I hated every single one of our clients. We had so many of those - I slipped on a grape and want to sue the grocery store kinds of people who just had histories of these minor suits with no actual productivity in their lives at all. I think one of them wanted the defendant to pay tanning salon bills for an injury suit...seriously?! I wanted all of our clients to lose so bad. I hated them. I hope yours are better, but it sounds like they're pretty annoying.

@LinziLoo09 oh yeah, I have some of those too. Definitely. We try not to take on too many cases like that because sadly they ruin it for the ones who are truly injured and need help. Most of my clients though are ones who have actually lost loved ones or are seriously injured. My grandpa was killed in a car wreck back in 2003 so I find that helps me empathize with people going through the same. Naturally I was 13, and it's not the same as losing a spouse or a child or anything, but I'm just glad I can provide a little comfort through the process.

I am the TW today because all morning I was annoyed that the HDBD thread hadn't been posted. I had no interest in starting it myself, just wanted someone else to do it. I didn't realize it was Tuesday until about 4:00 pm. What's worse? DS is home with me on Tues/Thurs and that wasn't the slightest clue either. I'm telling you guys, I'm losing my ever loving mind.

Cancer.

After going through chemo and being in remission since March, the lymphoma is now back in our 4 year old chocolate lab. Even if we could afford more chemo, the vet doesn't think it would help for very long. All we can do is love him and make him comfortable. He only has a couple months to live. My husband and I are heartbroken.

@brittnic86 I just can't say in words how sorry I am. Losing a beloved furbaby breaks your heart in ways you didn't think it could. I know you will cherish his presence, love him, and make him comfortable. He loves you two so much! Never forget that or the memories you created together! My TW today is the maid who cleans my hotel room. She keeps putting my dirty clothes (which I leave on the floor, judge away) on top of the clean clothes in my suitcase. Just ick. Pregnant me is sweaty and can be smelly. So I'll be putting up the do not disturb the rest of the week!

She probably just thinks she's helping the messy girl, but I have a system - a messy system.

@brittnic86 so sorry to hear that, we also have a lab and I understand how they can be part of your family.
Enjoy your days with him and try not to think of the end for him. My coworker had a retriever with cancer and was told a couple of months. They cherished every one of those days with their dog, and I hope you do the same.

Thank you everyone

my husband and I will look at each other, and just start crying. It's a very hard thing to accept. He's so young, and it hardly seems fair. And even if we don't really want to, we will have to get another dog. We got a golden lab/retriever, Rusty, three years ago because Wiley needed a friend and was sad. Wiley is Rusty's best friend, he uses him as his pillow. Rusty will be so terribly sad when Wiley is gone...he's never been alone.
