Ramzi method? Just for fun!

Has anyone had an "accurate" Ramzi method with their early ultrasounds in previous pregnancies??

    Never looked into it. The only correlation I did notice with DD was the heartbeat speed method. She had a higher HB which is supposedly linked to females. But then again, it's just another guess. The US tech I saw told me about twin boys with one lower HB and one higher HB so she didn't really notice a true correlation.

    Yes, my point was I found guessing just as fun as any method since the chance of being right was the same.

    Personally I don't plan on guessing or using methods because if I did and managed to convince myself I was having one gender and then it turned out to be the other I don't want to feel a false disappointment. I'm excited to find out but would rather just wait until I see it and then get excited for whatever I'm having.
    You're absolutely right! 50/50 either way! I won't be disappointed either way, I just think it's fun to see what the old wives tales say along with the methods! It's purely for entertainment! I'm perfectly content with either sex!

    I have two boys already. One had higher end heartbeat, one lower end. I had totally different symptoms (HG severely with first, not second), I carried totally differently. And, alas, they both came out boys. the Chinese gender chart was accurate for both. But again, 50/50 chance so it isn't anything more than coincidence.

    @joyful08 what's the GIF for? Clearly I have said "just for fun" and "purely for entertainment" in this thread a few times now, are we only allowed to post scientific facts? I'm on my 5th child and 11th pregnancy, I'm fully aware of the fact that this is a 50/50 shot here. Just lookin to have a little fun instead of constantly worrying about if this will be my bring home rainbow baby!

    I have no clue what the Ramzi method is...but with my first I did look up a chart of old wives tales to see where I landed the day before our anatomy scan. It was a mix, with I think one more old wives tale indicating girl than boy, and we ended up having a girl. We used it to "announce" the sex to our family. And by announce, we texted our parents.

    I liked your post ! I'm in the same boat and sometimes it's fun to think about other things instead of worrying constantly.  I love thinking about old wives tales about gender prediction! @Jlk2016

    Not Ramzi related, but we did one of those Chinese astrology calculators, the results came back as a 50/50 coin toss lol. To put it in 90s terminology....Duh. 

    We're Team Green anyways, the coin toss of old wives tales just solidifies that further

    I knew with both my kids and my friends/family thought I was crazy and setting myself up to be disappointed. This time I'm truly not sure, there are days I feel it's a girl and days it reminds me of my son. I craved five layer burritos with my son and couldn't eat them after he was born, my husband keeps asking if I'm craving them again... I bet you can guess what he wants this one to be.

    We have two sleeping beauties in heaven.
    Jack gained his wings on 09/02/2016. 
    Kali gained her wings on 07/28/2015.
    They will be forever missed. <3
