Let down pain

I'm not sure who all is still here but I thought I'd ask. Does anyone have pretty severe pain during let down? It seems to be getting worse but everything else is painless. We have been battling thrush since 4 weeks, she's now 13 weeks. It's super frustrating.

    Thank you, I hadn't heard this before. I have been drinking more soda recently. I will cut that and see if that helps. I didn't get to nurses my son for long so this is all new.
