WAYDTGKU: Just took 6/10 provera! Metformin, PNV, sex, temping
R/R/CS: I just got a tattoo yesterday! It's my second one but my first one took like 5 mins so it barely counts haha. I'm on the home stretch of taking the provera which I'm very excited about! I cannot wait to get into a medicated cycle next!
Question: how did your doctor decide to use a trigger shot or not?
GTKY: here's my dog sunbathing (I'm on mobile so idk how large this will be!)
@krys - thx for posting this! I was getting ansy. I need some like-minded people in my life today!
Month/Cycle: 3/3
CD: 11
WAYDTGKU: PNV, RRL tea, green tea, trying to get DH to HIO, OPKs.
R/R/CS: feeling defeated today. It's cycle 3 so I have just enough information about my cycles now to make this more anticipatory, now trying to anticipate what will happen. I've O'd on CD 13 and 15 last 2 cycles so I know it's coming. OPK negative but darkening. DH just does NOT do well with the pressure but at the same time it is hard to not feel the pressure because reality is there IS pressure. Ugh just really frustrated. Also have a stressful few days of working coming up which means that I will already be on edge and probably too snappy if he isn't on board. And I feel like my CM has dried up already but I know I haven't O'd. So much for green tea.
GTKY: Post a pic of your pets! If you don't have one, post some random cuteness I have pets but figure that a photo of random cuteness may simultaneously capture my mood and be cute.

R/R/CS: OPK this morning was a lot lighter than yesterday so I'm going to stay here today and move to the TWW tomorrow. DH and I got into an argument last night and didn't HIO so I'm super frustrated. DH, why do you have to be an ass on the most important HIO day of the month?!
GTKY: Post a pic of your pets! If you don't have one, post some random cuteness
Here's my Yorkie mix and Pitbull mix! Both rescues, both amazing. Yes, the pit insists on squeezing into a bed meant for the smaller one.
R/R/CS: I don't know why TB will not let me unbold anything. I'm about to LOSE IT. Temps are back into a more normal range after a few days of really high (too early for my O - have about another week for that), so that's good I suppose. Started OPKs yesterday to keep an eye on that situation. Other than that, just chillin. I spent almost the entire day yesterday ordering supplies for a new side venture, so that kept me pretty busy along with a few trainings I watched. Today will probably be more of the same, and I might get a jump on some reports I need to do for my normal job so Monday isn't as Mondayish.
R/R/CS: dd slept til 9 this morning (she was up til 11pm at the game) while my oldest were at the campout! It was a nice surprise getting to sleep in this morning!
GTKY: Post a pic of your pets! If you don't have one, post some random cuteness I really had to search for this picture!
@mokay19 - what is it of??? You can't leave us hangin like that!!! And one of mine is obsessed with sunbathing, even when it's in the 110 degree Texas summers. She's a nut. @sevenn - I feel you! It'm just getting some timing (I hope) figured out as well. Sorry DH was a TW...but I luuuurrrrve the goat. @clover28 - I had to laugh because when I first posted, there was only 1 pic and I was like...that is a VERY unique mix of breeds! Ha! Such cuties.
@krys We always joke about what the puppies would look like if they bred. Physically, I dont think its possible but the Yorkie really gives it a go every night after he his dinner. His evening routine includes humping the pitbull's leg for at least five minutes while the pit stares at us, begging us to help.
I am really starting to wonder if my thermometer is bad. It is new. I picked it up during AF cause my dog ate my other one (so Jr High right? its true through) I have taken my temp the past couple of mornings and it has been ridiculously low. I will re temp immediately and it will read a more appropriate temp. And then a third any final temp is the same as the second. (Huge difference between 96.04 and 97.32). I looked online at the Mabis everyone has talked about and it looks exactly like the one I have now. I bought it at walmart. So I dunno if I should get another one for next cycle?
DH and I (whoa.... wait... yay for unbold!!!!! - cant get the rest to unbold though) have had a great weekend so far an back to ourselves a bit. I appoligzed to him for my behavior on Thursday. He totally understood. And actually after the event Friday night on our way home he opened up to his feelings again about it all and about us and it was just so sweet.
Anywho, I wanted to share a couple pics with you guys (I will post a longer post in Weekend Randoms) (Bold again??? SIGH) This is a couple pics of my car for the fundraiser for the Pulse families. Some people did not show due to illness/work so some of us doubled up. 40 out of 49 cars showed. I was blessed to double up. (sorry they are so big)
@GrabberBlue2010 - so glad I'm not the only one with bump bold issues. GAH! Love the meet pic! Random, but my husband and I met through a car club we were both in. And the first time we went to the 1/4 mile track, I totes spanked him AND he mis-shifted. It was awesome. And it was in front of all of his friends. MUAHAHA
R/R/CS: I think AF has left! Yes!!! Now I have about 1 week of boredom until the FW is here.
GTKY: Post a pic of your pets! If you don't have one, post some random cuteness.
We currently don't have any pets right now. We'd love to get a dog, but our backyard is currently not ready for a dog. So once we get that fixed up, we will get one. We want a pit bull and will name him Boozer. One of these cute little pups is Boozer!
@mokay19 New tattoo is exciting! What did you get?? I can't wait til my next one.
@clover28 Your dogs are adorable! I used to have a pit mix too.
@krys@Daisy621 Ahh! cute overload. I'm really thinking if I get another dog ever, it'll be a smaller one. I used to only like big dogs but I can see the smaller dog appeal lately..
@GrabberBlue2010 Cool event pics! So glad to hear it went well Love your dogs name - Vader. I'm a huge star wars nut
Month/Cycle: 4/4

WAYDTGKU: Charting, Temping, OPKs
R/R/CS: I am so sunburned. Ugh. Went to the pool two days in a row. I stupidly only put sunscreen on my top half one day, so my legs are nice and lobster red. I can't really wear pants comfortably because the rubbing of the fabric makes them burn. No pantalones hoy!
Went to a watermelon festival yesterday for my bros birthday and had a cookout and stuff. It was lots of fun - and my bestie came in town for it so that was extra fun Now I'm just recovering with aloe and trying not to move too much
GTKY: Post a pic of your pets! If you don't have one, post some random cuteness
I had a pit mix for 12+ years but had to put him down in March this year. I miss him terribly, but I still have a cat. Here's my cat, Yuna. (You can't really tell in this pic but she has one blue eye and one gold eye Sorry the pic is so big!)
@Krys @daisy621 @GrabberBlue2010 You guys, it's not suck in BOLD, it's Heading. ;) So you can change it if you use the Paragraph tool dropdown and unselect Heading 1 or Heading 2. That should do the trick
24 Temping / 6 NTNP / 9 TTC CD: 3 All the things from yesterday, I may copy and paste in here later if I have time lol ETA: <b>Temping, Charting on paper and with FF, PNVs, DHA, CoQ10, Calcium, Zinc, B6, 2000 Vitamin D, Ovaboost (2nd cycle), FertileCM (3rd cycle), Fertilitea, CBADv OPKs starting at CD7, Mucinex for CD7-17, Preseed, 100mg Progesterone for 3-12DPO, Creighton instruction. Bloodwork this cycle pre-Peak and Peak+7.</b>
Meh. May not update every day during WTO or even TWW this cycle. DH sees me on here ALL the TIME and it's starting to get on his nerves cos he feels like I'm not present here with him. He totally doesn't get it, but I also have to give my monkey all my love, too. #priorities
@clover28 DH and I always seem to get in a huge blowup right around O and sometimes that will definitely interfere with timing and I'm just like, argh! Couldn't we just save this for next week!?! But seriously, I was paying attention to when it would happen and now when we are starting to get like that, I'll just be like, hey, I really don't want to argue with you right now, do you think maybe you could be ovulating? Usually a little laughter helps dissolve the situation. ;) ((hugs)) We also have the big-dog/little-dog thing in our house...
<img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/5020794/uploads/editor/ex/r1rai0jhdkms.jpg" alt="" height="373" width="498"> This is the two of them when the puppy was brand new...

<img src="https://us.v-cdn.net/5020794/uploads/editor/j8/xhhtojp9gtvb.jpg" alt="" height="362" width="483"> And this is the two of them now! lol That pic is maybe a week old by now, but at 24 weeks he tapped in at 70lbs! (The little one is about 17-18 lbs, for reference.)
Also ETA: <b>A big huge THANK YOU to everyone who commented yesterday with their hugs and support. It means so much to me, as I'm sure you know just how devastating it can feel to have to start over, yet again. But at least I'm in good company!!!! :D So thank you!!!!!</b>
R/R/CS: Didn't O this past cycle so whenever AF decides to show her ugly face, I'll starting doing the things. I'm now 3 days past my usual start day. Le big ole sigh. But I did get some OPKs for the first time so I guess there's that!
GTKY: We have two rescues. Sorry if the pics are all mobile Bumpy. This is how I woke up the first day back home from vacation:
Oh my gosh, all the fur babies are so stinkin cute! Love them all!
Month/Cycle: 5/5
CD: 21...
WAYDTGKU: done doing the things, but not really, just being dramatic.
R/R/CS: I hate that 21 may be my new normal, I used to be a 17-18 type of girl. Oh well. Opk was positive again this morning and temp was still low so I'm guessing today is O day.
RAVE! My brother sent me a whole bucket of raw honey from Montana, I'm in heaven! honey in my tea every day is a must, I'm enjoying some right now! Mmmmm....
*CM IN DETAIL AND QUESTION*
Ok so the past two days with the positive opk obviously I assume these are my fertile days but my cm seems (to me) somewhere between EWCM and sticky? I guess I always thought of EWCM as clear, but this is more opaque, still stretches though. I want to label it as sticky but I feel like I shouldn't. Idk, what would you do? I really hate having 7 straight days of fertile cm... Thanks stupid body.
GTKY: Post a pic of your pets! If you don't have one, post some random cuteness
Might be huge so apologies in advance, you know how mobile is!
I I love my little family! The last one was a snap chat of my cat* yesterday, he kept meowing at me constantly until I would fill up his bowl (which was half full). The dauschund is my oldie who is 13 and the best dog that has ever graced this earth, and the Aussie poodle mix is the baby only 1 year, she's a nut! And I promise I'm not a crazy bow in the hair all the time dog lady, she had just gotten groomed and they gave her that adorable bow for Fourth of July, so stinkin cute though!
@clover28 Yes! Why must they do that?! Like you are perfectly amicable every other part of my cycle and when I need to want you the most, you are being annoying, get in sync with me please lol. I know today is O day and I'm not even going to make DH HIO because he made such a fuss about it yesterday (this from a guy who has never made a fuss about HIO everrrr prior TTC) and I already have -1 and -3 timing and I'm just gonna accept that I think.
@krys the bolding on mobile has been killingggg me lately! Also your frenchies are soooo cute! They are too much!
@BusinessWife I feel you on DH thinking we are obsessed with TB! Luckily DH has his own apps he's on a lot so I don't feel too guilty lol. But he always comments and says "you updating your pregnancy ladies?" Lol. I'm like yes. That's what I'm doing. I understand if you wanna update more intermittently, especially during the uneventful times.
@Schumerator I have so much love for dachshunds! My mom loved them when I was growing up so we always had at least three little weiners running around in the house. Naturally, I would dress them up as hot dogs for Halloween... Every year.
Eta: my DH also made a fuss about TTC yesterday which was super annoying because he wants to have a baby as much as I do. However, he threw out a "am I just a sperm donor to you" comment and I was like hells naw, you're getting NONE tonight sir.
@Schumerator Ahh!! They are all so cute! We had a really great cat growing up too, but DH can't stand litter boxes (and we really don't have a good place for one here, anyway :P Actually the lady who lived here before us had a problem because the basement was all stunk up with cat pee smell. She had the basement floor like lined with litterboxes that never got cleaned, apparently? So we literally had to put on jumpsuits and get down there to make it sanitary again for dry storage. Not going to re-open that Pandora's box as long as we're in this house, I don't think.) As for your CM question, if it is stretching close to an inch or even MORE, then call it E whether or not it's clear. Conversely, clear watery CM is also fertile-type, even though it does not stretch, (marked in FF with a W). But if it is cloudy and only stretching like .25-.5" or so, then call it S. LOADS OF FERTILE CM IS NOT A BAD THING!!! lol
But key to identifying O/Peak day would be noting when it <i><b>changes</b></i><b>. </b> So if it has been pretty stretchy and all the sudden turns cloudy/creamy, note that change with a C and that should help FF determine O. That CHANGE in CM from fertile-type to non-fertile type is what's key. <b> ... also why for any newbs who may be reading this, we WAIT till three days after the change in CM/positive OPKs etc. for a confirmed O via sustained elevated temps,</b> [Note: FF will give you crosshairs three days later if enough fertile signs line up],<b> BEFORE moving over the TWW, because you can only confirm O in hindsight.</b><i>
</i>...And then of course my Creighton lady, who does not have any training in or familiarity with temping has to chime in there and be all, "the only real way to confirm O is through ultrasound." Heaven help us all.
Sorry, obv not directed at you, @Schumerator, but I guess I have a pet peeve about newbs showing up in TWW like, <b>"I'm ovulating today!" </b> <img src="https://media.yayomg.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/yayomg-star-vs-the-forces-of-evil-floating-unicorn-head.gif" alt=""> <img src="https://www.gifwave.com/media/752159_bakemonogatari-monogatari-nisemonogatari-hanekawa-tsubasa-black-hanekawa-hanekawa-monogatari-series-second-season-kizumonogatari.gif" alt=""> But I don't say anything over there cos I don't want to be that TWW Nazi like: <img src="https://tse1.mm.bing.net/th?id=OIP.M16de081e3e3ea81a138f53c24fba74d0o0&pid=15.1&P=0&w=276&h=161" alt="" height="288" width="498"> So I'll consider the above my monthly PSA and see how many times I want to SMH in a couple weeks when I'm back over there again, lol Edited b/c I did not like how the italics looked.
@hezzer78 Aww, so sorry about losing your puppy. :( We lost our big guy last June, he was just 6 1/2 years. 12 years is such a nice long time that he gets to be a part of your life. I'm sure you miss him all the time ((Hugs)) But your kitty is GORGEOUS! :D Hope you are enjoying your pants-free Sunday!
OMG, that cat situation sounds like a night mare! When I forget to clean the litter box for even a few days I open it and gag. I can't imagine never cleaning them and having the floor covered with them! Puke!
Also...
That was an epic response and I really appreciate your insight! And I agree I think it's so weird when people go over to the TWW and say they are O'ing that day.... Umm what?
I think I used to push that on myself too in earlier months even if my temps weren't lining up because I would be like well I know O'ed that day, I just know! But I've realized that attitude does nothing to help me, and I just have to wait it out and follow the info I put in! I don't dictate when I O, my body does, and there ain't nothin I can do about it!
And when I said 7 days of fertile cm, it's a small amount each day that I only find when checking internally so I get irritated by that because it's not extra helpful in giving me good insight. I wish I was an abundant cm maker! I've only had one to two cycles in the past year where it was like oooooh shiz, THAT is a lot of CM!
But seriously, thanks for the PSA, I think there's a lot of people who could benefit from reading it
Ugh! I've tried to edit my post multiple times. Mobile bump is not on my side today I'm afraid. Anyway, the pic above is our cat, Bella. She's not very smart but she sure is cute! DH has really been wanting a dog lately, but I think we need to wait until after our vacation in August. But he keeps saying "you don't know how much I want a dog" to which I reply, you don't know how much I want a baby!

R/R/CS: Temp went way back down below CL and AF is basically here. Yesterday was really shitty, I was in the worse mood. I feel bad I didn't want to go to SO's niece birthday party because I just couldn't handle being around kids yesterday, sounds really horrible of me. I saw pictures/videos of SO and his niece, made me happy to see how cute and good he is with kids but sad b/c I wish we had our own. I had acupuncture yesterday which felt nice. I probably won't be doing daily updates in WTO/TWW this cycle because I kind of need a "mental break".
GTKY: Post a pic of your pets! If you don't have one, post some random cuteness I don't have a pet, but wish I was at least a dog mom. I wish I had a little yorkie or maltese.
@Mokay19 Ooh exciting, I'm getting a tattoo on
Wednesday! As for your question- I have no idea. I am NOT using a trigger shot,
but there really wasn't any discussion about it and I never asked. Last cycle
we weren't sure until well after my U/S and recheck that I actually had
ovulated on my own and even then the discussion was leaning more towards upping
the dosage and trying TI again.
@BusinessWife My DH gets a bit frustrated when I post
every day so I try to be mindful of that. After being in TWW, WTO seems so
boring, so it's easier to skip a few days at a time. It doesn't help that I
suck at mobile bumping so only do it from my giant laptop, which literally
creates a barrier between us.
@Schumerator My EWCM tends to be more opaque. As
@BusinessWife said, it's all about the stretch and it being a change from other
CM.
GTKY:My cat (top) and foster cat, "sharing" the cat tree. My cat despises the foster cat and and is soo grumpy towards him. He is oblivious and tries so hard to befriend her. This is the closest they have gotten to each other without hissing and swatting breaking out.
R/R/CS: Getting anxious for AF to leave and to start really trying. DH seems to be excited about the idea of EOD (before I mirena removed last month my libido was pretty low, now it's much better), but reading others' posts about it getting kind of old/boring/etc makes me nervous.
GTKY: Post a pic of your pets! If you don't have one, post some random cuteness No pets for us right now. But here's a baby polar bear!
R/R/C: Totally realized I was supposed to start opks today... oops. We're going to start watching the great sperm race tonight! H seems to like when I can pull up youtube videos to explain things ttc related. He's almost through season 1 of does this baby make me look fat and he really enjoyed it. It's been nice to fill him in on what's going on without having to tell him myself and the comedy really helps.
R/R/CS: Since I had a confirmed cp, it's been really difficult thinking about continuing ttc. I'm thankful that DH has been understanding and loving about the whole thing. I have been having a difficult time but I know things get better.

R/R/CS: OH had to work this weekend, so here I sit in the hotel room. Fortunately, dirty hotel sex is something he's all over, so we've been getting in some FWP. I've also taken care of some errands and gotten some relaxation in.
One of my errands was to Target. As I was walking by the boys' clothes, looking to see if anything looked good for DSS, I noticed a little Foo Fighters onesie. For $6. It is now mine, in a 0-3 mo size. Until now, I haven't bought one baby item, nor accepted any hand-me-downs for us. But I just couldn't resist because I'm a huge fan and it was a deal.

R/R/CS: So, yeah. I fell down the stairs on Thursday! Thanks for the concern everyone! I was fine, but I think I sprained my ankle. Not badly. Then I went to Kings Island yesterday, and that wore me out! My ankle is much worse. I'm trying to rest it but it's hard when you have a husband to take care of. XD Plus, everywhere my backpack straps sat I got a sunburn! The straps must have rubbed off my sun block! AAAAAGH it hurts so much! I'm going to switch to SolRx for the August water park trip, and I'm definitely getting a sun hat!
Doctor's appointment Tuesday. I just need to get through tomorrow. I'm afraid he's going to tell me to lose weight before we continue trying. But I guess it would be just the kick in the pants I need.

Bad news- both my boys are saying they want a baby brother! I'm tired of being the only girl in the family but at least DH is on my side.

R/R/CS:
And actually after the event Friday night on our way home he opened up to his feelings again about it all and about us and it was just so sweet.Anywho, I wanted to share a couple pics with you guys (I will post a longer post in Weekend Randoms) (Bold again??? SIGH) This is a couple pics of my car for the fundraiser for the Pulse families. Some people did not show due to illness/work so some of us doubled up. 40 out of 49 cars showed. I was blessed to double up. (sorry they are so big)

@clover28 Your dogs are adorable! I used to have a pit mix too.@krys @Daisy621 Ahh! cute overload. I'm really thinking if I get another dog ever, it'll be a smaller one. I used to only like big dogs but I can see the smaller dog appeal lately..

It was lots of fun - and my bestie came in town for it so that was extra fun Now I'm just recovering with aloe and trying not to move too much
I had a pit mix for 12+ years but had to put him down in March this year. I miss him terribly, but I still have a cat. Here's my cat, Yuna.

And I promise I'm not a crazy bow in the hair all the time dog lady, she had just gotten groomed and they gave her that adorable bow for Fourth of July, so stinkin cute though!
edit: *cat, not car
@krys the bolding on mobile has been killingggg me lately! Also your frenchies are soooo cute! They are too much!
@Daisy621 YAY for sleeping in!! Good for you
@BusinessWife I feel you on DH thinking we are obsessed with TB! Luckily DH has his own apps he's on a lot so I don't feel too guilty lol. But he always comments and says "you updating your pregnancy ladies?" Lol. I'm like yes. That's what I'm doing. I understand if you wanna update more intermittently, especially during the uneventful times.
ETA: words. Because I'm failing at typing today.
Eta: my DH also made a fuss about TTC yesterday which was super annoying because he wants to have a baby as much as I do. However, he threw out a "am I just a sperm donor to you" comment and I was like hells naw, you're getting NONE tonight sir.
Sorry, obv not directed at you, @Schumerator, but I guess I have a pet peeve about newbs showing up in TWW like, <b>"I'm ovulating today!" </b>
<img src="https://media.yayomg.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/yayomg-star-vs-the-forces-of-evil-floating-unicorn-head.gif" alt="">

But I don't say anything over there cos I don't want to be that TWW Nazi like:
<img src="https://tse1.mm.bing.net/th?id=OIP.M16de081e3e3ea81a138f53c24fba74d0o0&pid=15.1&P=0&w=276&h=161" alt="" height="288" width="498">
So I'll consider the above my monthly PSA and see how many times I want to SMH in a couple weeks when I'm back over there again, lol
Edited b/c I did not like how the italics looked.

WAYDTGKU: Meh.
@Mokay19 Ooh exciting, I'm getting a tattoo on Wednesday! As for your question- I have no idea. I am NOT using a trigger shot, but there really wasn't any discussion about it and I never asked. Last cycle we weren't sure until well after my U/S and recheck that I actually had ovulated on my own and even then the discussion was leaning more towards upping the dosage and trying TI again.
@BusinessWife My DH gets a bit frustrated when I post every day so I try to be mindful of that. After being in TWW, WTO seems so boring, so it's easier to skip a few days at a time. It doesn't help that I suck at mobile bumping so only do it from my giant laptop, which literally creates a barrier between us.
@Schumerator My EWCM tends to be more opaque. As @BusinessWife said, it's all about the stretch and it being a change from other CM.
