Failed one hour gd test. Anyone else?

Ive always had low blood sugar (fasting level usually v. low in 50s), so I was surprised they told me I failed.
I go for the dreaded 3 hour test in a week. I hear there is a slightly good chance if you fail first test, you can pass the 3
hour test. I am dreading the drink b/c at 30 wks I am still nauseous! Thanks for any input.
