GTKY: let's get real up in here... What type of undergarments (top and bottom) do you wear when working out? (Sports bra padded or not? Briefs, thongs, nothing? Clothes with built in? Etc). What advantages or disadvantages does your choice have?

On vacation so I'm surprised I didn't weigh in at more than my SW! But we walked about 7 miles a day so I guess that helps.
Still on on vacation so I'm being realistic in saying I'll get back at the healthy food choices, copious amounts of water and exercise.
I typically have to wear a super supportive padded sports bra for the girls. Otherwise, boy shorts under running capris with a t-shirt for me.

I feel great but am not seeing the scale budge I have asked OH to hide it bc it's very discouraging

Unpadded sports bra, regular underwear..usually a t-shirt and leggings over them. I need new work out clothes
