Another breast pump question!

I've seen several references to Tricare possibly not covering "luxury models" with no real guidance on what that might mean.  It's on a lot of the initial info that came out and not on the regional contractor's website.  Specifically, I'm looking at purchasing a pump from Walmart (I know that means I'll have to submit for reimbursement, unfortunately) but it comes with a bag and ice packs.  Anyone know if that would be considered a luxury model and not covered or only partially covered since it's not just the basic pump?  Or if the luxury model thing is even an actual issue?  This is the one I'm looking at:

  • I think typically those would be considered an upgrade. Talk to the pharmacist at the Walmart and they may be able to run the insurance claim for you to ensure that you don't get over charged.
