organizing boards q - interest in a check in for TTCAL + IF?

I know there are a few of us here working with REs and doing medicated cycles. Would anyone be interested in a check in thread for specifically talking about fertility treatments? No rules to join in and not looking to impose a strict definition of infertility--also not trying to exclude anyone who is interested & all would be welcome to provide support/ask questions. My thought would be that it's a monthly TTCAL/IF check in that is not specific to a point in the cycle (so not WTO or TWW specific), but very much open to discussing what would make it most useful. Thoughts?

Yes please! Maybe add RPL too since those of us with RPL are working with REs in many of the same ways that those with IF are. In fact, maybe to be all-inclusive we just want to call it "Working with an RE Check-in?" That way we are clear that it's intended for those of us going through testing and fertility treatment.

Does that make sense?

I like the "working with an RE" idea (and it definitely captures my intent). Another idea could be "Trouble TTCAL Check-in"?

I agree with this. I'm not working with an RE yet. I have been lurking TTTC trying to learn more, but felt awkward since so many ladies over there have been trying so much longer than I have. I felt kind of out of place. I think we're headed to at least an RE consult, though, before TTC again, and I'd love a check in here where TTCAL, RPL, and RE appointments intersect. TTCAL is my safe space....

ETA: I don't want to step on any toes here either, so if this wasn't your intent in starting a check-in, then no worries. I'll just lurk to learn!

@BrightenMySky I'd be game for this!

My only suggestion is that "working with an RE" might result in some people shying away. For example, I'm supposed to start Clomid next cycle which has been arranged through my ob/gyn, not an RE. While I feel comfortable in hopping on board now, I may not have if I was new to this board and not already comfortable here. Some might think they can't join if they're not at the RE stage yet.

Edit it to clarify, but I don't think it really helped lol
