Hi everyone. This will be my first child, I'm 31 and my entire adult life I was under the impression I couldn't conceive. So this is my miracle baby! What I want to know is anyone else tired often. I'm napping seriously everyday already. The tiredness hits me so when I can I nap. But it's everyday.
Re: Napping Often
When I was pregnant with my first I remember wondering how mom-to-bes survived if they already had a kid and couldn't nap....the answer is you just do.
When I was pregnant with DS, I was so tired and took naps almost everyday. Now that he's running around and I'm working full-time, I never really have a chance to do it.
I shall live vicariously through you.

I slept so much with DD, but now she doesn't nap at all.
Enjoy your naps, FTM.
I shall just sit here eating my crackers ;-)
I can't nap at all during the day, but I have a fairly long train commute most days of the week, and I've figured out where the optimal napping seats are. Oh, and I nap in the chair whenever I have an appointment.

I also decided that between my rotator cuff injury, the fatigue and the hemorrhagic cyst, I was willing to pay someone to clean my house. They come this afternoon.
It sucks.
Mum seriously considering setting up the guest bed so I can put the tv on a nap while she watches .
For shame

Perfectly normal. You and your baby need it. You'll feel less tired in a few weeks. Everyone is different, but with my son, I lost the falling asleep all the time need early in the second trimester. I didn't get real tired like that again until roughly 36 weeks.
