Hashi and PCOS

I have had several losses one pregnancy ending at 23 weeks 2 years ago. Since I have been diagnosed with PCOS and Hashimotos. Any ladies pregnant with both of them? I am waiting for the worst I feel like... my symptoms are almost non existent. Only 4 weeks 4 days.. but when I wake up and don't feel pregnant, it is difficult to not expect the worst!

    I have PCOS and hypothyroidism. I didn't feel any different at 4w 4d either. My symptoms all hit at the 6 weeks mark (I'm 7w 4d now).
     I would highly recommend working with a naturopathic doctor that understands pcos and hashi. I can't recommend Dr. Brooke Kalanick enough (she has both btw). She does all her work over the phone so it doesn't matter where you live.
