Yes! Confirmation and informational meeting with my OB on Thursday. In case the 80 HPTS I've peed on aren't confirmation enough lol

Symptom changes?

Ugh. Officially dry heaving/puking/both daily. Exhaustion is real, sore boobs continue, mood is rough. I'm a real pleasure to be around.

Rant/Rave/Questions?

I'm just in awe of all of you STM+ who are dealing with the first tri nastiness while also keeping other little humans alive. I feel so useless and gross!

The Princess Bride, no question. I could watch it a thousand times and still love it

I am down for one thread for the weekend dates! I am also participating in the ticker change days based on ovulation and LMP til I have my dating u/s in about two weeks!

How far along are you? 5 weeks based on o date

How big is baby? Appleseed!

Appointments this week? My first appointment is 7/1 which will include my dating ultrasound.

Symptom changes? My ravenous hunger has subsided a bit. I am still drinking an absurd amount of water and I get a little nauseated in the early afternoon. I am also exhausted!

Rant/Rave/Questions? My Inlaws are visiting this weekend. They visit about every 5-6 weeks. I find just about every excuse to get out of the house to run errands because I about lose my mind by the time they leave otherwise. We are not telling them (or my parents) until we have our dating ultrasound and hear a heart beat. I am counting down the hours til I get my house back......

GTKY: What's your favorite movie? I don't really have a favorite. It is all about my mood. If I had to choose it would probably be the Harry Potter series because I am a serious HP nerd!

Appointments this week? My next appointment isn't until 7/6, we had a confirmation scan on Friday and got to see the heartbeat!

Symptom changes? I've had a terrible headache for the better part of a week, sore boobs, and am exhausted! However, I've never been so pleased to feel like such shit.

Rant/Rave/Questions? Anyone else have headaches? How are you finding relief?

Appointments this week? Nope, none til July 7th.

Symptom changes? I have officially and regrettably grown out of all my bras. I'm also crazy bloated. It's not a good look. Emotions have been steady, but today I'm a mess. I had a meltdown this morning because I couldn't find anything to wear. I'm looking for recommendations for stretchy bras in a small band but a large cup, so if anyone has any ideas...

Rant/Rave/Questions? I'm seeing my parents for Father's Day today and I'm really anxious about keeping the secret. I really don't want to, but my husband is not ready to tell people. It's going to be really hard for me not to say anything.

ETA: I would prefer we had ticker change threads for every day. I'll go along with what the consensus decides, but I think it would be pretty lopsided for two or three days' worth of people to get lumped into the same thread. Anyone can start the thread on any day, so it's not like a particular person is responsible for starting the Saturday thread.

Appointments this week?
None this week my first midwife appointment is 06/28 so I'm really hoping she schedules me an ultrasound.

Symptom changes?
I am thirsty constantly and hungry constantly, I can never stop eating so I'm really trying to watch myself. Other than that I feel totally normal which is nice but also worries me in a weird way.

Rant/Rave/Questions?

I'm so annoyed that my little sister found out she is a week ahead of me and announced her pregnancy the same day as me to our family. I'm excited for her too but the focus seems to all be on her so I'm kind of being childish and jealous lol. Oh well at least our kids will be the same age! That will be fun.

Im also super excited to see my midwife since the last baby I had was surrobabe and she knows how badly I wanted one of my own.

GTKY: What's your favorite movie?
Probably Across the Universe or any other musical. Or anything with Christopher walkin. Love him.

Appointments this week? Not until July 6 when I'm 8 weeks (forever from now!)

Symptom changes? Nausea all the time, but fortunately no puking. New as of last night- sugar makes it 100x worse.

Rant/Rave/Questions? just a minor complaint: sat in the sun yesterday and apparently my skin is way more sensitive now. I got totally fried. Ouch.

GTKY: What's your favorite movie? I could watch Love Actually every day.

@MonaLisaRalphio The maternity clothes thread has some bra recommendations by some very voluptuous mamas who are in the know, so you could check that out.

The board tends to slow down over the weekend, so I've seen other boards lump it together so it gets covered. Also, some may be shy to start a thread. Will see if there is a preference either way and we can go with it!

Symptom changes? Nausea started in the last week, and it hits me from out of nowhere.

@caribbeanmama again, it was just my opinion, and I'll go along with whatever the consensus determines. It's true that the boards in general slow down over the weekends, but that's been less the case over the last few months. And the daily ticker change threads don't seem to slow down quite as much, probably because people expect them.

Ultimately I don't really care that much. I was just responding to your call for opinions.

Appointments this week? Hopefully none until July 6th.

Symptom changes? Started spotting Tuesday night. Of course I've been freaking out since. It is coming and going, and it's stayed light brown... but it is scary. I've called the doc, who said pelvic rest, stay hydrated, and "be as inactive as possible" until it stops... so I've been laying around for days, hoping it stops. They said not to worry unless it gets worse or turns red, but I'm still freaking out. I am not thrilled that they didn't do any sort of testing to see if things are ok... but I guess at this point it's still too early to see much on an US.

How far along are you? 7 weeks

Appointments this week? Appt last week with US and bloodwork

Symptom changes? Still just waves of nausea and fatigue

Rant/Rave/Questions? My bloodwork came back with abnormal anti-bodies which means I went from already being high risk to being much higher risk. Unfortunately it means baby is at risk for anemia and some serious complications. Just starting to digest this info. Harder being medical myself and knowing the full consequences.

GTKY: What's your favorite movie? I don't have one particular, but like older movie in general

Appointments this week? 1st appointment is tomorrow. Pretty early but I had a 2nd trimester MC in February so the doctor wants to keep an eye on me

Symptom changes? Just sore boobs. Morning sickness doesn't usually kick in till 6 weeks.

Apparently I was 6 weeks on Sunday!

Baby is the size of a battleship peg.

Lets see, ER on Sunday, where they said "baby is fine, but there's something wrong with your ovary! Don't get out of bed for 4 days."

OB today where he said "Your baby is big and right where it belongs! Oh, that ovary thing? A little blood filling the corpus luteum, nothing to worry about at all. See you in 2 weeks!" Looking at the ultrasound report, the cyst is almost an inch in diameter - no wonder it hurts.

Symptoms - I did get more nauseated, right on schedule. Being good about my b6 timing seems to make it ok. My blood pressure is also slowly dropping, which isn't a bad thing.

I like movies where the guns never run out of ammo and the protagonist always has perfect timing.
