Thank you I feel like every time i think i start liking a name i lose interest in it. Thank you I am head over heals in love with Rosemary but in all honesty my husband will probably veto it. Thank you for your help. And is nerdy really all that bad because i am really liking Wendell and Jensen, but my husband loves Winston. And again thank you.
Logan- I like it but it's just sort of 'meh' to me.
Maxwell- not a bad name but too popular
Wade- guilty pleasure name
Jensen & Wendell- not a fan
Oliver- love but it is slightly popular
Bernadette- I want to like it because I don't hear it a lot but it doesn't jump out at me
Annabelle, Alexandra, and Vivienne- too common

Logan - not bad but a bit common.
Maxwell - I like Maxwell.
Wade - neutral? It's underused which is nice but it doesn't do anything for me personally.
Jensen - surname. Also go Cloud 9!
Wendell - I know I ragged on this name before, but it's growing on me and I'm definitely going to use it for a character. It is probably the least common ( it's late and I'm lazy dangit, I'm not looking shit up) of your options.
Oliver - I love this name. It could be #1 on the name list and I'd still recommend this name.
Bernadette - fucking love it. Bernadette is the name of a woman who takes no shit. Bernadette gets things done.
Annabelle -is cute, it's a nice vintage name that will grow will despite being frilly.
Rosemary - also sweet. And the herb rosemary smells divine.
Thea - good, solid name.
Jocelyn - enh. This name is always going to be masculine to me, so I always find myself a little disappointed to see it on a girl.
Alexandria - VA.
Vivienne - are you pronouncing it the French way or are you just misspelling Vivian? Be honest now.
Anyway, Tl;Dr I like Oliver, Maxwell, and surprisingly, Wendell best of your boy options. Bernadette is the clear winner for the girls.
Maxwell, Wade, and Oliver are my favorites from your list of boy names. Winston is okay. I am tired of Logan, and I hate the fact that baby girls are now being named Logan. Jensen sounds like a last name to me, and I don't like last names as first names. I don't like Wendell. Like someone else mentioned, it sounds nerdy.
Bernadette, Rosemary, and Thea are my favorites from your list of girl names. I don't like Annabel/Annabelle because all the -belle names are overdone and I'm tired of them. Jocelyn is okay. I would like Alexandria a lot more if it was Alexandra instead. Vivienne is too popular.

Bernadette - I think of big bang theory (the show). I just can't get myself to like it.
Annabel/Annabelle - I really like this one! I prefer the second spelling, as the first makes me want to pronounce it as if it rhymes with Hannibal.
Rosemary - Gorgeous!
Thea - Love.
Jocelyn - Like. Joss would make a cute nn.
Alexandria - Luke pp, I think of Virginia. Not that that is a bad association though.
Vivienne - Just meh to me.

I didn't even realize that Vivian and Vivienne were produced differently to be honest. Bernadette is our front runner for a girl name, but i love Rosemary and Thea. Winston is probably our front runner for boys names, but i love Wendell my husband doesn't really like it probably because it has a soft sound to it. Jensen doesn't bother me being a surname i think my husband and I are kind of drawn to them we where both in the military and got used to calling everyone by their surnames. When me and my husband started dating it was weird calling him by his first name i was so used calling him Edwards. With Jensen i also think supernatural the show Jensen Ackles. Thank you for your help it is very much appreciated.
Winston - It's ok. I feel like it's a 'cowboy' name which is not my style.

Thea - I like it as a nickname for Anthea or Cynthia or something but not as a standalone.

Alexandria - classic. I think it's hard to go wrong with this,
Vivienne - beautiful, definitely trending right now.

I hate that Logan is being used for girls also it has been on our list for a boy for just about 3 years now (we have 2 girls under 2) so we never got to use it. I love Alexandria and it is a nod to my step dad (last name Alexander) who i see as my dad but he never got the chance to adopt me. He only had girls and the last one of his family he was an only child so it is my way of passing down his name. My husband doesn't like Alexander so i worked with what i had. Thank you for replying.

Yeah i wasnt sure about Bernadette but i love birdie for some reason i feel they compliment eachother nicely.
I love Maxwell, Oliver, Annabel and Vivienne. The rest of your list is fine, but the reasons below are who those names would get cut from my list.
Winston - reminds me of a dogs name
Logan - nice but kind of boring
Wade - sounds like Wayne but said with a stuffy nose
Jensen - last name
Wendell - don't like it, not sure why
Bernadette - big bang theory
Rosemary - nice, but reminds me of cooking
Thea - I prefer theo(dora)
Jocelyn - nice, fresh, but still might get lumped in with all the adalyn, madelyn, etc
Alexandria - prefer Alexandra, the extra I makes it a little frilly for me
Winston- Churchill
Logan- I like it, but it seems fairly popular
Maxwell- sure
Wade- it's a hick name IMO
Jensen- sure
Wendell- meh I personally don't like it but it's probably because I knew someone of that name that I didn't like
Oliver - probably my favorite and would be on my own boy's list, although it's getting really popular

Bernadette- I like it. I wouldn't want her to end up getting the NN bernie, but Birdie is cute.
Annabel/ Annabelle- I like it
Rosemary- I like it
Thea- I like it, although it seems like something people would mishear a lot
Jocelyn- too harsh for me
Alexandria- a little grandiose for me, plus she'd end up just going by Alex most likely
Vivienne- I like it
Overall I think they're all good choices and there isn't anything I'd seriously side-eye.

Wendell is almost in the same boat but just not a nice name.
Winston: I feel like this is a name with a connotation attached to it. At least for me, I think of it as preppy or very sporty. Not negative.
Logan: Solid choice, probably my favorite.
Maxwell: I like it, but prefer just plain Max. That being said, it is quite popular.
Wade: I immediately think "as in, to wade in the water?" Not a fan of this one.
Jensen: Just not my style. I think of the Jetsons.
Wendell: I don't hear it a lot, but I think of "Wendy," right away.
Oliver: I like it, but wouldn't use it.

Bernadette: I've never met someone by this name before, and just recently learned of it, so I don't think it's all that common (certainly not overused). I like it though. Suggesting Odette, DD's middle name, for which NN "Etta" would also work.
Annabel/ Annabelle: I prefer the Annabelle spelling by far to Annabel, but wouldn't use this name because I'm just not a fan of bell.
Rosemary: A classic, solid choice, but NMS.
Thea: Love this! Suggesting the longer "Theodora."
Jocelyn: I like it, and think it would be a solid choice, but with so many other "lyn" names circulating right now
Alexandria: It's classic, and I like it.
Vivienne: i've never been a fan of this name, and to be honest, I'm not sure why.

Maxwell- never loved it, and some celeb recently used it on a girl, which is just weird.
Wade- Deadpool... also a girl on Sliders back in the day. Not sure I can see it on a real person

Wendell- Bones took the character to a weird place and ruined it for me
