  Not yet, but baby will hear later on. 
  
  It will be muffled,  like you would hear under water. So no, a child crying won't hurt your fetus. Other wise 2nd, 3rd, 4th....children would be screwed.
  
  Now if you went to a concert and laid on the speakers for a few hours, several times.... that may cause harm.

  Just put something like this over your belly and it'll block out the noise. Just try position it where baby's ears are.
