  • Flonase and eye drops.
  • My pharmacist said I could take my prescription xyzal but it decreased my supply by half when I pumped so I stopped taking it and my supply came up.

  • I've been told by allergist that I can take both Claritin and zyrtec or benedryl but there's the chance of decreased supply. Mine is sinuses and am planning to try rhinocort nasal spray. You can also try lubricating drops for you eyes to help flush them out.
  • I took Reactine when I was breastfeeding, but I got the go ahead from my dr.
  • my OB  ok'd Zyrtec but told me it may decrease supply. I did significantly so after a few days of taking it I switched to hot tea and tissues.

I've taken Claritin every day (even while pregnant) and have not noticed a drop in supply. I hope you find relief! Allergies are no fun.
