How many lurkers vs. posters?

It seems the posts always have sooooo many views but there aren't that many posters on. I wonder how many just lurk and never post.

I think there are a TON of lurkers. My guess is alot of peopel from other boards are lurking too, but dont want to potentially get flamed...lol

i lurk, a lot. mostly bc its easier to click thru with one hand then add to the conversation

I post some, but I do read a lot of posts I don't respond to. Usually because someone already said what I would have said, or I just don't have anything to contribute. Some days I am on for quite a while, without making any posts. I still consider myself more a "poster" than a "lurker" though, LOL.

Also, some of the views are probably the OP and other posters going back to see what else was said.

I think I have posted maybe 5 times in the last three years...but maybe I will become more vocal. Always seems that someone else has already posted something similar to what I would post anyway.
