GTKY: (Stolen from Sunday) What tradition are you most looking forward to starting with your new LO?
DH and I are hoping that we will start that every christmas eve the kids with exchange gifts with each other as a pre christmas thing. I know our newest to come lo cant understand for a while but the boys will love it and it will be great when she gets older and all three of them can do it. I did this with my siblings it make christmas time so much more fun!
What size is baby? a bag of half a dozen bagels. (Not NY/NJ bagels though!)
Upcoming appointments? Had our anatomy scan this past weekend - it's a boy! However, he's a stubborn boy and would not show off for the doc so we have to go back in 2 weeks and try again to get a complete scan done.
Rants/Raves/Questions? Today my husband and I registered the baby for daycare. Doesn't that seem crazy?!? Baby doesn't have a name yet but has a daycare. I won't be going back to work until March 2017, but the daycare is fully booked until January anyway so they told us we should register and deposit now to make sure we keep a spot for when I return to work.
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? I still hate food. I puked in the parking lot at a street fair this weekend. This sickness is just never going away, I just have to accept it.
GTKY: (Stolen from Sunday) What tradition are you most looking forward to starting with your new LO? Interesting question! Next summer, if possible, I want to rent a beach house with my brother and some cousins for a week. We always did that when we were kids and my favorite childhood memories are all at the beach!

Upcoming appointments? Anatomy scan on Friday... FINALLY!
Rants/Raves/Questions? I suddenly feel fat and disgusting. I think it's more of a mental thing than a reality. I've gained 12 pounds so far, which is on the higher end, but it's not that much weight realistically. Blahhhhh.
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions? RLP, constipation, and all the emotions you could possibly imagine.
GTKY: (Stolen from Sunday) What tradition are you most looking forward to starting with your new LO? I don't know if this really qualifies as a tradition, but I'm most looking forward to outdoor activities with her. DH and I love to be outside, so I can't wait to take her hiking, kayaking, fishing, camping, etc.

I finally “look” pregnant, or so my HR manager told me last week, lol. She was empathizing with the early stages, how people can’t tell if you’re pregnant or just fat but that I look pregnant now and was happy for me. It sounds kind of weird when I type it all out lol but she really did mean it as a compliment! Also we found out we’re having a boy, although keeping it a secret from friends/family and doing a gender reveal/little shower/sprinkle thing in a month or two, so I can now pack up all of DD’s stuff and pass it on to someone else (yay)! Probably another set of friends of ours who are due about 5 weeks ahead of us with a girl.
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions?
This week so far I’ve had crazy ass heart burn, a monster headache, and another yeast infection. This feels like first trimester all of sudden! And I was feeling so good, lol.
No real cravings or aversions to speak of, except that I’m just lazy by the time I get home don’t want to cook, so I guess I have an aversion to cooking? lol

This will be DH’s first, and with it being a boy who knows what those two will come up with lol. Nothing really new to speak of with this one, just mostly continuing on anything we do with DD (like new PJs on Christmas Eve, etc…)

I can't complain much, I've had it really good this time around, my heart burn has been showing its ugly face once in awhile so I'll have that to complain about soon.
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions?
I'm a compete coffee and sugar nut. Another thing that's been completely different from my other two pregnancies cause they were aversions not something I ate.

since we have two girls already we have a few Christmas traditions so I just look forward to sharing those with him too.

It's TWINS!!! We found out at our A/S yesterday.
So many questions for my Dr...like how big are they? What precautions for I need to take? Etc.

Nothing major. Just feeling like my belly will be under my ribcage any day now.
GTKY: (Stolen from Sunday) What tradition are you most looking forward to starting with your new LO? Haven't thought that far yet...probably teaching them sign language and getting all excited/making a big deal about Daddy when he's coming home. (He is generally gone a week or two at a time.)

I think in general starting new traditions with DD and the new baby. I'm really looking forward to Christmas morning in our pajamas.

@CopperBoom86 Some days I feel pretty huge too! I've gained almost 15lbs so far. I know that's right in the normal range, it's just crazy to see how much grow everyday, knowing how far I still have to go. But I'm getting a lot of exercise and eating when I'm hungry, so overall I know whatever my body is doing is best for baby! I've been feeling pretty good lately overall. I feel like lately my emotions have really kicked into overdrive and little things make me sad/angry/anxious. I've been crying a lot lol.
Symptoms/Cravings/Aversions?
Back pain after sleeping for a few hours, it's super annoying, but goes away when I get up. Feeling pretty normal overall, just struggling with the heat more than I usually would. No aversions, but my sweet tooth is pretty major right now!

So many! I didn't have a ton of traditions growing up, and it's something important for me to make for my own family. I have to agree with PP that I'm really excited to get xmas pjs for whole family, and just to develop lots of traditions surrounding xmas in general.

What size is baby? A grapefruit? not sure how accurate this is.
Upcoming appointments? Had a second sonogram this week just to double check baby's nose, lips, and kidneys since the tech wasn't able to see them during my anatomy scan. So Happy everything looked great!
Rants/Raves/Questions? The cramping in my legs at night is soo annoying
