Goal Weight OR how are you feeling this week? SW:140 CW: 129.5 GW: 110
Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? Keep in my calories and have a moderate but satisfying cheat day. Get on the treadmill more than once this week.
Any challenges you're facing this week? Motivation. I'm feeling kind of blah today. I have what I call "skinny days" and "fat days" and today is a "fat day" I know I was good yesterday but idk I just feel kind of bloated I guess.
How did you do with your goals last week? Really good with nutrition, got back on track and lost 2.2lbs! I reached 10 lbs lost so that's pretty good. The sad thing is I still don't fit in my shorts that I used to barely fit in last October... Hopefully a few more pounds down and I will.
GTKY: Do you have any strange sounding food combinations that are actually delicious? Spaghetti (plain) and Cottage Cheese. I was a really picky kid and refused to eat anything with tomato which included marinara sauce so one day for some reason my mom put cottage cheese (one of my favorite foods) on my plain spaghetti and I ate it and loved it. Even DH likes it now, he usually requests it when I say I'm making spaghetti. Sadly I haven't had it in a while since I'm cutting back on carbs.

Goal Weight OR how are you feeling this week?
initial GW is 199 24 more pounds to go
Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week?
Eat healthy, work out daily even if it's 20 mins; finish week 3 of C25K ; drink 100oz water daily
Any challenges you're facing this week?
Appt with RE tomo..I'm worried it will be bad news and I'll resort to emotional eating..Need to stay focused
How did you do with your goals last week?
Eh it was a tough week
GTKY: Do you have any strange sounding food combinations that are actually delicious?
Mac and cheese with spicy mustard! Don't knock it until you try it haha
@furbabymom2007 how is C25k going for you?
DX Diminished Ovarian Reserve, Factor V Leiden Mutation, Secondary Infertility
MFI (SA #1Count 11mill, Motility: 18%, Morphology: 1%)

Goal Weight OR how are you feeling this week? SW: 140 GW: 130 CW: 139
Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? STOP EATING JUNK! Really, how hard is it? Very, apparently. Also, hit all my scheduled runs. Week 3 of 12 for my half training.
Any challenges you're facing this week? Stress. We will be moving back into our old house soon and all I want to do is eat ice cream and fast food.
How did you do with your goals last week? Not too bad. Ran 10.7 of my 16 scheduled miles. Cut one run short due to weather (not sweating in 90* heat is actually a BAD thing) and skipped one. Food sucked, but not as bad as it could have.
GTKY: Do you have any strange sounding food combinations that are actually delicious? Hmm... not that I can think of off the top of my head.
@marriedhamstermom I'm not going to lie...that sounds gross... but have you tried spaghetti squash and cottage cheese? Not sure if it'd be the same but spaghetti squash tastes surprisingly like pasta (more so than I though it would) Might be a way to get your weird combo without the carbs.

Goal Weight OR how are you feeling this week?
SW: 255 CW: 214 GW: 150
Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week?
Have three healthy meals each day. Drink lots of water. Even on the weekend when I usually do a bad job of drinking enough.
Any challenges you're facing this week?
First week 'back on track' is always tough. Especially when it's finals week at work and literally everyday there's a breakfast or a lunch or an ice cream bar planned. But I actually set myself up for success this week by making sure I had all of the food I needed. Now I just need to eat it.
How did you do with your goals last week?
Well I lost weight. But I really can't call it a success because I was being bad and not trying. I think it was just my body letting go of water weight. But I'm finally ready to stop eating my feelings and move on in a productive way.
GTKY: Do you have any strange sounding food combinations that are actually delicious?
Hm. None that I can think of now but I know I have a couple!

I wanted to run. tonight, but I didn't even get home from work until 730. Now it's 9 and we just finished dinner and dishes. And it's bedtime...
and all weekend the stupid letrozole made AF a real bitch.
all excuses I know and it has to stop. Now I am going to go to bed early, so I can get to work on time and not have to get home at 730. I have done some of the prep for dinner tomorrow so I can get on the treadmill when I get home before dinner.
Thats the goal for tomorrow. I'll figure out Wednesday, tomorrow.
Goal Weight OR how are you feeling this week? Feeling not great. I was in a wedding on Saturday and it was really tough to zip up the dress. My own wedding is in 39 days and I'm racing against the clock to lose a few pounds so I can fit in my gown. It was tight a few weeks ago!
Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? No weight gain
Any challenges you're facing this week? End of school year party
How did you do with your goals last week? The wedding kinda threw off the whole don't gain weight thing!
GTKY: Do you have any strange sounding food combinations that are actually delicious? I like frozen fruit in my yogurt...is that weird?

@Marley629 - Good luck at your appt today! FX all goes well
@linzrunz - I hear ya with the junk food. Sorry for all the stress! Moving is no fun. On the bright side, you DID get in over half of your runs last week. Way to go!!
@AliciaGoose - Meal prep is the way to go! It helps SO much!!
@NYTino24 - You can do it!!! Frozen fruit in yogurt is totally delish!!
Goal Weight OR how are you feeling this week?
Well, I am slightly discouraged. I weighed myself last night before getting in the shower (terrible I know, and I know better to do it in the morning) And of course it was a gain. Duh. But in all reality, I feel that I really actually am the same weight I was last week. No loss, but hell it is not a gain so I am not entirely complaining.
Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week?
Dust off from the weekend and move forward. I have been doing really well with food, so I will just continue that. And not stop at Starbucks anymore for their summer S'mores frap. My sister introduced me to that delightful cup of Satan over the weekend. At 550 cals for a Venti. I decided after DH letting me down last night (unintentionally) I deserved one this morning. I got it with all the non-fat/low fat versions. Just as delish. Still a ton of cals *lesigh
Any challenges you're facing this week?
Not really. Still gearing up to start working out. Lacking major motivation in that area.
How did you do with your goals last week?
I did really good until the weekend. I did manage to stay under my calorie goal Saturday, but went just over on Sunday. I am also very.... "irregular", so I took some aloe on Friday to move things along. Well it decided to move things along enough for 2 people on Sunday afternoon. And somehow, with all of my insides no longer in me, I had a gain. Whatevs.
GTKY: Do you have any strange sounding food combinations that are actually delicious?
PB&J, with a drizzle of ranch dressing. Oh em gee.

@Marley629 FX you get good news on your appt!!!
@AliciaGoose Congrats on your weight loss, even if it is water weight that's still weight that had to come off! For me I need a drop in weight to start getting motivated so it sounds like you found your motivation too!
@furbabymom2007 I have the same excuses when I get home late, good luck getting your run in tonight! I'm hoping to hop on the treadmill tonight too, I also missed yesterday b/c I got home too late...
@NYTino24 congrats on your wedding coming up!! I specifically bought a corset back for my dress so I could tighten it when I lost weight but ended up being happy b/c I gained some and it still fit. You've got plenty of time I'm sure you'll get there!
@GrabberBlue2010 thank you and weekends are the hardest for me too! I think it's because we either have events where we're hanging out with people and that always involves food or I'm home and have a full fridge and pantry and I eat... I haven't quite gotten the exercise motivation yet either but I've tried to loose weight before where I have an intense workout plan and restricted diet and then I get so frustrated I fail so I'm focusing on diet and bringing in exercise slowly! Good luck to finding your motivation!!

Goal Weight OR how are you feeling this week? Feeling pretty miserable. I was doing so well first week, and then I don't know if I can legit blame it on ovulation hormones (for sure not all of it), but then I just get derailed and it's hard to snap back into it. Haven't weighed yet, but I'm sure I've regained those 5 lbs from last week...

Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? Uhm, make sure I get back to my 30 pushups challenge, cos I may have missed a day or two, but I did them again when I remembered. Get back on my daily dog walks, too, even if they are not long, the sunshine does me good, logging my food again, and keep taking my vitamins. That's one thing at least I have managed to stay consistent with. Taking my vitamins is just such a habit and part of our routine now!

Any challenges you're facing this week? Just emotions I guess. I started this Creighton tracking method, so all these feelings are popping up and I'm just back to feeling depressed and wanting more to be pregnant than to be wearing skinny clothes.

How did you do with your goals last week? Got derailed.

GTKY: Do you have any strange sounding food combinations that are actually delicious?

I don't usually do French Fries or mayo, but if I'm doing fries, that is what they get dipped in. Mayo. Bam.
I'm jumping in here, because I really need some motivation!

Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? I started weight watchers 2 weeks ago. And right now, my main goal is to stay within my daily allowance, and track all my food! I'm terrible about writing it all down.
Any challenges you're facing this week? I'm going out of town this weekend, and that always seems to be a challenge for me because I feel like, whew! I'm on a mini vacay, eat all I want!
How did you do with your goals last week? Not good... I'm off to a good start this week though!
GTKY: Do you have any strange sounding food combinations that are actually delicious? A mini ice cream sandwich with strawberry preserves is to die for. Also, very high in sugar, and not good for you diet wise haha

Goal Weight OR how are you feeling this week? GW is 140 eventually. Still have a long ways to go. I feel alright, I try. I just know I haven't been balls deep committed and I don't know how to get myself back to that. It's the only way I lose weight. Blah.
Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? Not eat out so much. Working out more, went on a hike yesterday but I literally have something planned for every day after work this week. I don't even know how this happens!
Any challenges you're facing this week? Wedding Saturday. Going to try to not drink. I have a feeling I will fail at this...
How did you do with your goals last week? Not horrible, could have been better.
GTKY: Do you have any strange sounding food combinations that are actually delicious?
Not that I can think of. My mom always made butter noodles with parmesan cheese but I don't know if that's weird. I also like sweet pickles which it seems no one else on earth does but my mom says she ate them constantly when she was pregnant with me.

@Schumerator I'm having the same issue with commitment. Normally when I go in, I go all in and I kill it. But when I lose that it's so hard to pick it back up again!
@thj101 I do WW too and it has always been amazing for me. But just like any other diet plan it's only successful when you want it to be (and are willing to put in the work) and it's the want part that's been missing for me lately!
@marriedhamstermom Weight loss is my biggest motivator too. I've always felt ass backwards in the sense that when I am up I am like "oh well I gained weight, might as well keep eating" but when I'm down I'm like "Hell yeah, I need to keep going!".
@BusinessWife I know that wanting to be pregnant more than wearing smaller clothes feeling as well. It makes it tough to find the motivation when the emotions are all over.
@GrabberBlue2010 If I miss meal prep I'm basically doomed to fail! It's so important to have what you need readily available otherwise the faster option will always win.

Goal Weight OR how are you feeling this week? SW:132 CW: 131 GW: 115
Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? Continue with the 21 Day Fix! I finished my 60 day schedule of Piyo, which I did love, but I was ready to change it up again. I started the 21 Day Fix originally last summer and did really well with it. So I started it up again yesterday and am on Day 2 now! I just love Autumn and always come back to the 21dfx. I've done really well on the eating plan so far yesterday and today; no junk! I haven't touched the ice cream in my freezer since Saturday which is huge for me. Ice cream is my weakness. But I already feel better and totally feel you on the "skinny" and "fat" days @marriedhamstermom!
Any challenges you're facing this week? It will be a daily challenge to continue eating well and avoiding junk. I go out a lot and it's when I'm out of the house that's my biggest challenge. Saying no to treats at friend's houses or at my MK meetings is tough. But I know snacking here and there adds up so I have to say no to it all!
How did you do with your goals last week? I finished my last week of Piyo and I do love how it lengthens me out and strengthens my core. I can tell that it's helped now with restarting the 21dfx compared to last year when I did it with no prior training.
GTKY: Do you have any strange sounding food combinations that are actually delicious? Halve a pear, put it in the toaster oven to warm and soften, take it out and put a scoop of cottage cheese on each side and sprinkle with cinnamon. Oddly delicious!!
I tried to c25k because I really wanted to be a runner. Alas, I lasted 3 weeks and fell back into my routine of any other fitness. But I did love working out outside and it's an especially nice time of the year for it (at least, it is in the NE of the US where I am
) @Marley629
I feel you on junk @linzrunz, that is definitely my weakness too! Sweets in particular. I've gathered a few healthy sweet recipes to make this week so I have something on hand. My friend swears by black bean brownies. I've had hers and they are actually really good and only sweetened by coconut sugar which has a lower glycemic index than most other sweeteners. I'll have to let you know when I make them!
@GrabberBlue2010 I may have threw up in my mouth a little reading your GTKY
I'm all for Pb&J and ranch, separately!
And congrats on hitting 100lbs lost ladies!! I'm new to this thread so I'm not included yet but I'm happy to have others keeping me accountable

Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? Get back to eating smaller dinners, since I fell off that bandwagon the past few weeks. Also, last week I barely exercised so I’m 2 days in a row of getting it in and hoping for more yet this week!
Any challenges you're facing this week? Not really. Just stop eating as much sugary junk.
How did you do with your goals last week? Ugh. Not so great. Last Monday was my birthday and I ate a lot of things I shouldn’t have last week, and way too much of it all! Sorry for not checking in, but between the birthday and the family visiting and my work computer suddenly blocking TB for a few days, it was just too hectic!
GTKY: Do you have any strange sounding food combinations that are actually delicious? Not a healthy one, but I love French fries in ice cream (or Wendy’s frosties)

Goal Weight OR how are you feeling this week? GW: 150 I am still somewhere around 175. I don't think I lost anything this week.
Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? Losing a pound or two would be nice. And keep up the working out. Need to work more on eating healthy. I didn't do really bad. But, having family in town, things all revolve around food. Looking forward to a more normal eating routine.
Any challenges you're facing this week? Not losing anything after working out for a week was a bit of a downer. So, staying motivated is tough.
How did you do with your goals last week? I worked out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday. We will get our pool membership this week so hopefully swim workouts can start soon.
GTKY: Do you have any strange sounding food combinations that are actually delicious? @dpjennifer That is my favorite. It is something I used to do with my dad. French fries in a Wendy's frosty. I can't really think of anything else right now.

1. Ranch on pizza!! I didn't think this was a weird thing until a relative from out of town saw me doing it and flipped out. TRY IT! You will never be able to eat pizza without ranch again.
2. Ketchup and/or hot sauce in mac & cheese
@dpjennifer I love french fries in frosties! DH introduced me to that when we were dating!
@Schumerator Sweet pickles are awesome! I would eat a whole jar by myself
@TravelingCouple I love the 21Day Fix! Autumn is awesome and I like that they make the videos so that any fitness level can do them.
