I usually bike to work. I don't work too hard, because who wants to get to work all sweaty?
Today I was about 6 miles into my 7 mile ride when I stopped at a traffic light and was suddenly dizzy. I had a few seconds of tunnel vision, then was fine again. I'd guess it's transient low blood pressure - like when you stand up too fast.
Would you call it a one-off fluke and take it a little easier, or call the OB that I haven't even seen yet this pregnancy?

LFAF Badges:
Orthostatic hypotension. The movement from bicycling helps pump blood, so the vessels relax. When I stop, they're slower than normal to catch up.
On the way home, I paid attention to pedalling more slowly before completely stopping and felt better.
