Lets Talk about Sex

Last Night me and my Husband had some fun (first time since BFP) I went to clean up and wiped up just as much blood as everything else - I called the doctor and waiting for a response but has anyone else had this happen to them? hoping its not a miscarriage :neutral:

    Like a little blood or a LOT?  Your cervix gets really sensitive when your pregnant so some people have bleeding during sex or when they're pooping.

    I tend to have a very sensitive cervix. (My doctor calls it friable) That causes a bit of blood sometimes but if it was a lot I would probably get it checked. (I would probably get it checked anyway during pregnancy because I worry a lot)

    it was about 3 wipes of blood tapering off after each wipe - had a little brown this morning after a bowel but clear now --- reading articles and talking to the nurse sounds like it might be a sensitive cervix issue (as I sometimes have spotting after sex and bowel when not pregnant) and she was happy to hear the spotting was after sex but still waiting for a call from the doctor to learn more and see if I need to come in for a check up

    We have had sex twice since after ovulation week. I thought I could be pregnant the first time because afterwards I went to bathroom and it burned like mad. Also I had light pink tinge when I wiped but only a tiny bit, just when wiping. It also happened wih my first pregnancy. Then yesterday we had sex and same thing. I was planning on talking to Dr at appointment to see if there is anything I can do to avoid the burning. It's only after sex not during.

    I bled just a little the last 2 times my hubby and I had sex (6 weeks along). It is not a lot, but definitely noticeable. I freaked out until I read that it is fairly common for light bleeding to occur after sex when you're pregnant. I will definitely be mentioning it to my doctor at my appointment next week though. I hope this doesn't continue throughout the entire pregnancy!

    You all are making me feel better (still waiting on that call back from the doctor) this is my first pregnancy and still not sure what is normal and not -- had my first morning sickness symptoms (dry heaving in the shower today) so thinking it might be more sensitive cervix then miscarriage but yeah agree with you @em2thai hope this doesn't continue the entire pregnancy
