WAYDTGKU: not much yet beyond temping
R/R/CS: we are doing a walk through of our new condo and we get the keys tomorrow! eeeek!
GTKY: What is the most "extreme" thing you've ever done?
Scuba diving is considered an "extreme sport" although I don't usually view it that way...but I did dive with sharks and we went looking for them in the "blue" which is open water away from the reefs so that we couldn't see the surface, the floor, or any reef structures in any direction. I'd say that's pretty extreme. It was what I'd imagine being in space would be like...just hovering there effortlessly.

WAYDTGKU: monitoring CM and sex whenever we feel like it. I wish I didn't botch temping this cycle...I really have to start that again.
R / R / CS: due to not temping I guess I'm just going to move to TWW once my CM dries up. Normally (every cycle I've ever temped except for one anovulatory and one O on CD 31), I've ovulated day 19 or 20, so should be coming up on it. That one cycle where I ovulated day 31 is when I conceived DD though, so who knows what my deal is haha. I'll probably hit the TWW middle of next week if everything appears normal, and start testing day 35 if I make it that far.
GTKY: DH and I went rock climbing in Red Rocks outside of Vegas a few years ago (with a guide). I love the climbing gym but I hated this. It was hot and terrifying and my feet were not pleased with being stuffed in my climbing shoes for 6 hours rather than my normal 1-ish. Never again. We've also been on safari which sounds more extreme than it actually is, and I'd do that again in a heartbeat. :-)

WAYDTGKU: cramping
R/R/CS: Just discovered yesterday that I have to work Christmas day. I'm totally bummed. I would have had Christmas day off on maternity leave, so I'm extra bitter about getting the bad rotation this year for holiday schedules.
GTKY: What is the most "extreme" thing you've ever done? Hm.. I'm not an "extreme" person.. I need time to think. Swimming with stingrays?

WAYDTGKU: BBT, CM, OPKs, PNV, all of the sexy things HIO ED (hopefully we can keep it up)
R/R/ CS:It is Sunday and I am at work... on my day off. And I woke up a little too late to stop for iced coffee. But I am only here half a day so only 3 1/2 hours to go! I also have not slept very well for the past 2 nights. I know yesterdays temp spike was because I think I was awake/asleep tossing and turning for a good 45 minutes before I temped. And I think it was the same today. Which sucks.
I did manage to pull a high reading on the digital opk, but a negative wondfo. CM is the most it has EVER been this cycle. And DH is being super cooperative and HIO whenever I say we need to. So far, it has been a win.
I feel like I am forgetting something. I may come back later...It is still really early.
GTKY: What is the most "extreme" thing you've ever done?
I am not an "extreme" kind of person. What is extreme for me probably is not for someone else. But I would have to say "lobstering". It is where you get pulled behind a boat, snorkel gear on, while looking for lobsters. Then free dive (again, snorkel gear) and catch the little bugs. Some of their holes have eels and sharks around them. Just makes it all that more thrilling. Ok yea maybe it IS kind of extreme.

WAYDTGKU: Nothing right now but just ordered a bunch of OPKs off of Amazon... This is the third time I've done this and each time I think "I'll never need this many!"
R/R/CS: I've got nothin. I was up all night with a feverish kid so I'm pretty dead today.
GTKY: What is the most "extreme" thing you've ever done? I'm not very extreme at all. I rode a super scary rollercoaster once.

WAYDTGKU: Temping
R/R/CS: We are going to a cookout at our friends house today, but DH picked up an extra third shift tonight so we can't stay too long.
GTKY: I'm not extreme at all. I think roller coasters would be as extreme as I get haha
@Buthayna I love scuba diving! It's so peaceful to me.
ETA: On my future trip to Africa, I fully intend to swim in the Devil's Pool. It's at the top of Victoria Falls, where there is a natural rock shelf carved by the water that allows you to swim to the very edge and look over the top of the waterfall. You can only do it in the dry season.

R/R/CS: I got a peak on my CB Adv and a positive wondfo this morning.. finally! After 8 days of getting flashing smileys! Definitely getting some action today!
GTKY: What is the most "extreme" thing you've ever done?
Hmm.. I'm not really an adventurous or extreme person. I'm lame, lol.
@Buthayna Congrats on your new condo!
@delujm0 I'd love to go on safari one day! H doesn't want to though. I'm still trying to convince him!
@Sugargirl1019 Sorry about having to work Christmas day, that is a bummer.
@Businesswife FX for you in the TWW!
@GrabberBlue2010 Hope the rest of your work day goes by quickly!
@clover28 Hope your son feels better soon and you can get a nap in!
@FrancesGrace630 Enjoy the cookout!
@Scarlett830 Hope your MIL feels better and enjoy your day to yourselves!
This was my first month doing OPKs and now I'm all excited about my peak and all antsy for H to wake up. He's hungover though so here's hoping he feels better when he wakes up and we can dooooo it!
Edit: bump ate half my post

@sugargirl1019 sorry about working Christmas :-( Will you get Christmas Eve off at least?
@businesswife Probably will see you over there soon!
@clover28 I have that thought every time I buy tampons. And then, a few weeks later, I'm back at the store. Buying tampons.

WAYDTGKU: having some sex and waiting to see if I get CH
R/R/CS: So, like I mentioned yesterday, I might have O'd on Friday. However, I totally screwed my chart up by drinking last night, so I'm gonna see what happens in the next couple days and continue to HIO.
GTKY: Like many previous posters, I am not really an extreme person. I won't even go on a roller coaster! I have hiked a 14-er in Colorado, so I suppose that could be described as somewhat extreme. I've also gone white water rafting a few times which is kind of extreme (for me at least, lol).
CD: 14
WAYDTGKU: it's time!!!
R/R/CS: too early. Need coffee.
GTKY: What is the most "extreme" thing you've ever done?
not sure if it's really "extreme" or not but I moved to another state with DH after only knowing him for four months. That was pretty crazy. I didn't even google the town we were moving to. It's a tiny town where he's from. He could have taken me to Mexico and locked me up in a basement! How dumb was I?? Then we got married six months after that. We celebrate nine years of marriage next month. So it worked out. Haha

WAYDTGKU: the regs
R/R/CS: didn't temp this morning because I had some drinks at the Taking Back Sunday concert last night. My high school heart is so happy
GTKY: What is the most "extreme" thing you've ever done?
Also not a very extreme person. I feel like I may have done something better than what I'm going to say, if I think of it I'll update later. Went on a helicopter ride over some volcanos in Hawaii... Though it didn't seem extreme it was just pretty cool. DH and I had sex on a picnic table at a camp ground once, and the night patrol drove by and we had to jump down and run and hide lol. Again, probably not "extreme" just risky and dumb
@SandwichLover hooray for your peak and positive wondfo! Get it, girl! Tell DH that the sex endorphins will help his hangover
@felix08 I've never been whitewater rafting but it's definitely on my list of things to try! Sounds like fun!
@linzrunz that's crazy but it definitely worked out for the better! Congrats on 9 years!
@linzrunz haha your answer is hilarious! I would consider that extreme, glad it worked out for you! I also transferred schools in college* to be with DH after dating for a few months, though I was going to be transferring anyways after my first two years, I probably would have gone to a different school had I not met him first.
edit: transferred schools in college, not high school. That'd be weird.
@Sugargirl1019 That totally sucks that you have to work Christmas! Hopefully that means that means you get to have Christmas off next year!
@BusinessWife Yay for early CH! See ya on the flip side girl! Hopefully your appointment tomorrow doesn't get cancelled and everything goes as planned.
@GrabberBlue2010 Sorry you have to work today, hope the rest of your shift flies by!
@clover28 FX your LO starts to feel better and that you get a better sleep tonight!
@LadyMillil I have climbed down into a couple cento's in mexico too! It was so awesome, H refused to go with me, since he doesn't like water, but it was such a cool experience.
@felix08 Hope you had fun last night and that the drinks didn't mess up your temps too bad.
@linzrunz I would definitely consider that extreme! lol The good news is that you lived to tell the story and you guys are still going strong.

WAYDTGKU: Everything I can think of. PNV, HIO EOD, OPKs and RLT
R/R/CS: Thanks to everyone that responded about the PNVs yesterday, once I finish these I will definitely be looking into another type to see if that helps. I am trying really hard to remember to do my OPKs every morning, but today I forgot so hopefully I didn't miss anything. It is still raining here, so much rain! We were supposed to go hiking today, but now it is not looking promising.
GTKY: I went zip-lining (and almost died 2x) and parasailing in Mexico. Also, driving on the road to Hana in Maui felt pretty extreme while it was happening.

Weird spotty mcspotterson period appears to be over!
GTKY: What is the most "extreme" thing you've ever done?
Probably backwoods/wilderness camping & canoeing for a week in the upper peninsula of Michigan (Isle Royale, to be precise). We had to carry or fish for all of our food and filter the water ourselves. Also we had to carry our big-ass aluminum canoe that weighed a thousand pounds as well as our packs. Our portages were either overburdened and miserable or 3 times as long because we'd run the packs to the next site, come back to where we shored up, and then carry the canoe back. Totally worth it, though.

My chart is looking funny but I got a positive wondfo OPK! Trying to BD ED during this FW.
GTKY: What is the most "extreme" thing you've ever done?
I don't really do extreme things. I agree with @PepperAT when we drove on the road to Hana, that seemed extreme - with all the hairpin turns and one way bridges. I hiked 6 miles in a rainforest in 90 degree weather and swam in a waterfall pool. That's my extreme
CD: 16
WAYDTGKU: All of it.
R/R/CS: The earliest I've ever Oed is CD 17. No sign of O, I'm getting nervous this will be another long cycle.
GTKY: What is the most "extreme" thing you've ever done? Hmm not much. I've done the Road to Hana, but maybe traipsing about Iceland was the most extreme? I'm not that exciting.
then 3 failed IUIs, and finally a successful IVF FET.

R/R/CS: My RE appt is in 8 DAYS!!! I seriously cannot wait!! I have all the paperwork filled out and I have my medical records and my husband's SA ready to go!
GTKY: I'm extremely NOT extreme. I guess like hiking into the Grand Canyon is cool.. And roller coasters but that's about it haha. Especially compared to DH who is currently skydiving 2x a day and scuba diving every other week haha
CD: 2!!
WAYDTGKU: waiting for AF to leave, then all of it
R/R/CS: So so glad that long cycle is over and this isn't turning out to be the AF from hades. ***green tea question*** Is there a specific green tea to use for CM? Just any ol green tea?
GTKY: What is the most "extreme" thing you've ever done? I talked my friends (who were hesitant for VERY good reason) into hiking down to Phantom Ranch at the bottom of the Grand Canyon in heavy winter conditions. It turned out to be awesome.

R/R/CS: DH is starting to need a *tw* with pregnancy announcements. He's been so optimistic this whole time. It's kind of nice to see him feel the same way I do sometimes. We were watching an old episode of "Flip or Flop" yesterday and she announced a pregnancy (which by the way she struggled getting pregnant and had to do ivf for so I totally am happy for her but.. you know) and he was like "God dammit why do they have to include that in the show?" Weird but I'm happy he is finally showing some emotion about it. He's usually so calm and casual which is probably good to balance me out but it makes me wonder if he really gets it. Clearly he does.
GTKY: What is the most "extreme" thing you've ever done?
Hmmm... parasailing? Or zip lining Whitefish Mountain in Montana.. pictures don't do it justice.. it was insane. 300 ft off the ground. I'm afraid of heights but it was just so gorgeous.

R/R/CS: Had a meltdown over the weekend, feeling like I'll never get KU. But on the bright side, I had a very strong positive OPK yesterday, and a normal positive one again today, so maybe my hormones are getting their butt in shape. I've never had a positive two days in a row, so maybe that's a good sign? Fingers crossed.
GTKY: I don't think I'm super extreme, but I do love rollercoasters, and reeeeally loved ziplining in the Dominican Republic. I think I'd be a happier person if I could ride a rollercoaster or zipline every day. Hiking into the Grand Canyon was also awesome, and hiking the Alps was amazing/terrifying.
CD: 43
WAYDTGKU: Waiting
R/R/CS: I really don't have any rants, except the same "my doctor thinks I ovulated but I didn't and no +hpt or AF so what now?" concerns.
GTKY: I'm not an extreme person. The only thing I can think of is when I was 19 I went to stay with a friend in England whom I only had met in person twice but had talked to online for several years. It turned out okay, he didn't murder me or anything. Thankfully.

GTKY: Hmmm... most extreme... I'm not sure. Maybe parasailing, flying a plane briefly, piercing my own lip in high school, or perhaps taking off for Burning Man without a plan - no ride from the airport, no camp or anything.
