Baby boy name help

We are looking for a longer name that doesn't have an automatic shortened version. 
DS1 is Phillip and I have to constantly remind people his name is not Phil. We are hoping to avoid this problem this time around. 
We would also like a name that is out of the top 100.

    Hmm.that's a bit tricky since most longer names do have nicknames.

    Some of these do have nicknames, but I don't think they are as obvious as Phil is from Phillip

    Like PP said, it's definitely difficult to find a longer name without a nickname already associated with it. Here are some suggestions that may be harder or less obviously shortened.
