Thin uterine lining :(

I had an ultrasound to check my uterine lining thickness today and apparently it's craptastic. Minimum for my clinic is 0.8 and mine is 0.5. Which is very disheartening bc for my last FET, the thickness was fine.

Has as this happened to anyone else? How was it dealt with?

For me, the clinic is increasing my estrogen meds and I'll get another u/s next week to see if this FET can move forward. Is there anything I can/should do in the meantime? Thanks for listening to my woes

Hey @FatPony! This same thing happens to me every cycle. I start at 2 mg of estrace, then a few days later increase to 4 mg, then a few days later to 6 mg, then they decide from there what to do. It usually ends up being 6 or 8 mg orally and doing 2 mg inserts twice a day until my lining gets up to 8. It shouldn't be a big deal, it'll just mean pushing your transfer by a few days to let your lining grow more. Every time I go in for an ultrasound I expect my lining to be thinner than they like, which means a med increase. Sure, it makes me a bit crazy, but it'll be worth it if it ends up working, right?

@fatpony, my lining was on the thinner side for my three IUIs and like @aanddm2014, they increased my estrace each time. For my FET, my RE decided to put me on Del Estrogen (IM Injections every 3 days) as she said I might have a better reaction to it. I've also started doing acupuncture and my lady said starting next week she will focus on improving blood flow to my uterus to help my lining. FX that your lining gets nice and thick with the increase in meds!

Thank you everyone. They upped my estrace dosage and now I'm at 0.9, so we are proceeding with the FET
