What's Up Next: Appointment tomorrow and weeklys here on out. I need to get my birth plan together for my doctor!
Rants Raves or Symptoms: I am RAVING about being done with work until practically the end of the year!!! Definitely ready for some R&R me time before baby arrives. Sleep is challenging and the middle of the night potty breaks are really adding up.
GTKY: Please remind up what Team you are? Team Green...with a hint of Blue, we think.
What's up next: midwife appointment on Friday and then we set our home visit! Eek!!! At that point she will bring the birth tub so it's here and meet my mom who will also be attending the birth.
R/R/S: nothing too bad. Just feeling like a beached whale

What's up next? Growth scan on Tuesday, OB next week. We had our birth classes and hospital tour this weekend so there have been a lot of discussions at home about what we want/ need. I have a whole new list of questions to ask next week. Today is our last part of the class where we meet all the OB's. It's so weird knowing one of them will deliver our baby in the next couple weeks. Otherwise it's just nesting, more nesting and then some.
Rants/Raves/Symptoms: Huge rave to my husband. He was so engaged this weekend and took some of world's most hilarious notes. Symptom wise I'm pretty standard for four weeks left, a little uncomfortable, not sleeping a ton, so damn grateful I can swim on weekends.

What's Up Next: just biweekly appts, breastfeeding class on Thursday. I probably need to work on that birth plan. @TiffRox81 thanks for motivating me to get it done!!!
Rants Raves or Symptoms: I am raving about working from home until I go on maternity leave. So nice to be able to lay in bed or put my feet up when I'm on the computer. Also dangerous because I fall asleep everywhere. Oops!!! Sleep has been difficult these days. It's hard to get comfortable, I'm always hot and then there are my constant pee breaks. Also, it doesn't help that whenever I do wake up I will wait for him to move so I can go to back to sleep. Damn PGAL brain!!

What's Up Next: OB check-in next week, nothing this week
Rants Raves or Symptoms: LO has been pretty quiet yesterday and this morning which I hate. I've never really been able to make him move, so that's stressful since I just sort of sit and wait. Just feeling lots of anxiety in general. I also apparently can't eat anymore, since anytime I eat more than 4 or 5 bites I feel uncomfortably full, to the point that it's painful.

I think I have almost everything prepped for baby other than getting the rest of the house clean. I'm sure there are still a few things I need, but nothing I can't send someone out to get in a pinch. I've been pretty bored and uncomfortable, ready for little man to get here! I really want to give this house a good deep clean and get some meals in the freezer, but even going to the grocery store yesterday made me feel like I just ran ten miles.

Nausea is back, I think the heat is contributing to it and it sucks. I just have this acidy, pukey feeling all the time, especially when I wake up in the morning. My rave is my husband, who has been so helpful and supportive.

What's Up Next: Appointment in a week. I go weekly at 36 weeks. Also planning on getting my tdap vaccine this week. And my shower is the weekend! I'm so excited to see so many family and friends.
Rants Raves or Symptoms: The sore hips are tough at night. I have the hardest time getting comfy. And the pelvic pain when I move at night or get up to the bathroom is insane. Also I was carrying real high but I've dropped a bit which I heard around 33-34 weeks usually just means they are down in birthing position and out of room to move around much anymore. But I didn't really notice it until my husband looked at my belly the other day and said "babe, you look different" for a second I forgot I was pregnant and was thinking how dare he!!

OB and MFM appointment this week. I'm a nervous wreck for the growth ultrasound on Wednesday. I'm not gaining enough and I'm afraid baby will continue dropping percentile.

3rd trimester exhaustion hit me today
and the reflux/heartburn struggle is real!

What's Next: OB and MFM on Thursday. I am now getting weekly NSTs and u/s.
R/R/S: Rave is that this baby is getting a personality. Always looks so serious on u/s but once a good song comes on, I can feel baby's butt moving around. Also, the baby will move towards my DH's voice. That's so cool.
Rant: I am SOOO sick. Pretty sure I have the flu. Nothing is getting done to prepare for this baby because I can't even stand up And DH is also sick. Hopefully nothing will happen until I get better!

What's Up Next: Appointments, milestones, next step for babies
- had my last MFM u/s on Friday and my previa has been cleared! I was getting so scared of going into labor on my own and having a major bleeding episode. I had my 36w appt today and was tested for group b. I have made my final 2 weekly appts and then it's the c-section on the 28th!

- I had been feeling super stressed with the previa and working full time and still needing to finish unpacking our house. It's been 2 months since we've moved and I'm finally feeling like everything is just about done. School ended almost 2 weeks ago so I now have so much more time to do all of the things. This week I'll be painting the nursery.

- baby girl! Did you all see the mom who thought she was having a girl and when born turned out to be a boy? Her face was priceless! Even after the InformaSeq and multiple u/s telling us girl, I still know that anything can happen

What's Up Next: Just had my shower yesterday and have to schedule my 3 hour glucose test this week (I'm lagging...). My failed 1h might have something to do with the fact that I cheated and ate breakfast about 30 minutes before. Whatever...I was hungry. Next appt at 35 weeks.

Aches and pains and SO tired. Work is getting hard. Nothing makes you feel like more of a goddess than running a trauma bay while ridiculously pregnant but damn I pay for it later. 6 more shifts until I graduate...

What's Up Next: Appointments, milestones, next step for babies: Appt. Thursday. We're weekly now! We had our shower on Saturday and we were just so overwhelmed by the generosity and love that was poured over us and this baby on the way!
Rants Raves or Symptoms: Back aches and sleep troubles are the biggest thing going on lately. I just want to sleep on my belly again SO BAD!

What's Up Next: My next apt is Thursday and then I think I have one more biweekly apt after that. Baby Shower is Saturday
Rants Raves or Symptoms: Had our maternity photos done this past weekend. I regret waiting to have done them. Should have done them last month. I was a hot and sweaty mess. My hair was sticking to my face and my makeup was literally dripping off my face. I was an emotional mess needless to say because I didn't understand how I was sweating so much and I felt I was ruining the photos. It was hot out and had just got done raining but not hot enough to be sweating the way that I was. We got a few back so far and am super thankful for photo shop.
Symptoms: Swelling has somewhat gone down for now not fully, but some
I can almost see my ankles again but they hurt. They feel like they were sprained. My hips go numb from sleeping on one side for too long and then switching to the other side is a bit of a chore lol. Having some slight discomfort also in my pelvic area and its getting harder to walk around and carry the extra weight. Charlie Horses in the middle of the night are no fun but thankfully haven't experienced any in a few days knock on wood.

she had a rough couple of days but doing ok now. This is such a roller coaster. Next steps: get off cpap tubes and start trying breastfeeding, hopefully soon
Rants Raves or Symptoms: had our shower last weekend. It was lovely, she got so many cute things! It wa very hard being away from her but we did it (could have done without my grandmother's comment of "I can't believe you left that baby!" Thanks, like I didn't feel shitty enough about it.)

Status Update: +3 days! (gestational age: 36w4d)
What's up next: I cancelled all my remaining appointments with the OB - I have a follow up in 6 weeks. Already went to the pediatrician twice. Unsurprisingly baby lost a bunch of weight so we're working around the clock to get her to eat. I am so tired but I don't even care because I'm so excited to spend time with her.
RRS: So much to rave about... She's wonderful... cooing and just being cute all day long... Also I am super grateful that my husband is taking leave and has been an equal part of the team... Rant: starting the journey to breastfeeding, it's rough (finally getting a bit of milk after a week of wondering if it would ever happen...)
