  I'm looking into it too after reading @new_ivf 's post about supplements. Definitely can't hurt!

  Just a gentle reminder that there are herbs and supplements (just like conventional medicines) that are not recommended for use in pregnancy, or at all stages of pregnancy.  I am not a medical person and have no knowledge of specifics here, but would definitely encourage you to consult with a doctor or other specialist.  I just like to hear the "don't know if it helps, but can't hurt" from my RE before I start a new supplement.  Definitely hear you on wanting to do everything in my power to help things when so much is out of my control.
