hi all.  I am not sure if I belong here so please let me know if not. I did read the board newbie guide. I have been an active TTGP member for past 6 or 7 months and was previously semi-active on S13 back in the day. I am 33 (will be 34 in 3 weeks) and we have been actively TTC for 9 months with 2 years of unprotected sex prior to that.  We have an almost 3 year old and would love to give him a sibling.  I was diagnosed today with low AMH. My AMH was .328.  My HSG, ultrasound and other bloodwork were all otherwise normal and my OH is scheduled for a SA on Tuesday. We have our 1st RE appt on Tuesday and I just don't know what to expect.  I don't know if low AMH means we have to go straight to IVF or if there are other options prior to that we can explore. I'm afraid to google.  I will lurk a bit on here and if you will have me, participate.

DX Diminished Ovarian Reserve, Factor V Leiden Mutation, Secondary Infertility
MFI (SA #1Count 11mill, Motility: 18%, Morphology: 1%)
MFI (SA #2Count 7 mill, Motility: 18%, Morphology: 1%)
AMH .328 | FSH 13.2 
Oct. 2016: Clomid + TI
IVF: ER 3/1/17; 5 retrieved, 3 mature & fertilized
Results: 2 PGS normal embryos
Planned on August 2017 transfer

    Hi Marley629, you are very welcome here. Good luck with your first RE appointment, I don't know the answer to your question, but I know there are other ladies on here with similar AMH values so maybe they can give you some insight. 

    Me 34 DH 36 Married since July 2010 
    MFI (High DNA Fragmentation) & Mild endometriosis
    TTC #1 since June 2015 
    Aug 2016 - May 2017  6 IUI's with letrozole - BFN
    April 2017 - laparoscopy to remove mild endo
    June 2017 - Mini IVF letrozole 12.5mg, Gonal-F 75IU - Cancelled early ovulation, no eggs retrieved. 
    Aug/Sept 2017 - Mini IVF letrozole 12.5mg, Gonal-F 75IU, cetrotide - 13 eggs retrieved, 11 mature
    5 eggs ICSI'd 6 eggs frozen - 1 day 5 blast transfered, 2 expanded blast frozen - BFP!
    May 2018 - Baby girl born - Our Joy

    TTC #2 since July 2019
    July 2019 - FET - BFN
    Jan 2020 - FET - canceled due to family health issues
    Mar 2020 - FET - low beta - chemical pregnancy
    July 2020 - ICSI'd remaining 6 eggs - 3 fertilized - 2 survived to early blast stage, transfered both - Chemical Pregnancy

    Welcome! I see that there is a thread called "low AMH" on the Infertlity board you might want to check out.
    TTC since May 2013
    Mild PCOS, Compound Heterozygous MTHFR
    No Folic acid/pharmaceuticals/supplements (too many to list- private message me if interested), IVIL infusion

    Welcome! good luck with your first RE appointment... I was sooooo nervous before mine in April.. but things started moving so quickly after that first appointment
