2) How are you feeling this week? Any new symptoms? Any old symptoms disappear? Still feeling pretty crappy! The extreme nausea and dry heaving has turned into actual vomiting....so fun!! My boobs seem to be not as sore now though.....so score in that department!
3) When is your first (or next) appointment? Tomorrow!!
4) Rants/Raves/Other? I just dont understand why it literally seems like time has stopped!! Have I really only known Im pregnant for 4.5 weeks?!? It seems like MONTHS!!
5) GTKY: Have you made any baby purchases yet? Or received any gifts from family/friends? Not yet. My PGAL brain wont let me until we hit at least the 12 week mark....then my husband will probably have to take my cards away
Mostly the same but more nausea! I suffer from migraines so I am noticing I have them more often and more severe.

Next appointment is June 24th for 12 weeks

The waiting to see and hear the baby continue to grow is difficult. I just want to make sure everything is okay!

The only gifts we have received are baby books which I very much appreciate! (What to expect..) I am too paranoid to buy anything till I am 12 weeks since it has taken so long to get pregnant I do not want to jinx anything if possible! But cannot wait to start!

Exact same as jlinke926. The dry heaving has turned into wet heaving... ugh. But everything else is less tender so I guess that's good.

Had my first OB apt last week - everything looks great.. so not again until 12 weeks.

Is anyone else losing weight? I don't know if its from the puking or what, but I'm losing weight quickly. Granted I started off pretty heavy (in the 230s... sigh..) but I'm losing 3-5 lbs a week...

Nope. Husband is an only child and no one on my side has kids - so its kinda still unreal. I think it will sink in soon though!

All my symptoms are still hanging around, but they don't seem quite as "mean" this week, as opposed to my sixth week. I say that tentatively, because I'm sure I'll pay for underestimating the pregnancy gods.

Tomorrow! It's a follow up u/s to the first "dating" u/s I had, so my PGAL brain is panicking the closer the appointment gets.

I was just going to relax at my house tonight and get my brain ready for my appointment tomorrow, but I have to go help my grandmother get my 3 "angelic" cousins to go to bed this evening without losing my temper. FX I don't throttle any of them and that it goes smoothly.

Not yet. I'm making myself(and those around me who know already) wait at least until my 2nd trimester.
Hi I'm Shay - I am 10 weeks and due 1/1/17. My husband and I have a 2 year old. We are beyond happy that we are expecting again.

I am BEYONNNNDDD exhausted. To be honest with my daughter I felt amazing and never had any symptoms. Yet this baby has me so sick and exhausted.
3) When is your first (or next) appointment?
Our next appouintment is this Saturday. I am a bit nervous since my husband and I are really going to talk to my OB about a VBAC for this birth. So I maybe looking for another OB after Saturday.
4) Rants/Raves/Other?
I have to say that I am a bit panic since we were not TTC so now we are in the crunch to get things together. Plus I am sooooo nervous about gaining too much weight. Anyone else nervous?

No, baby purchases yet. Waiting to find out gender since we have a little girl we may not need to go crazy buy girly items.

My name is Jessica, and I am 10 weeks along with my very first baby! I'm 35 years old, and deal with obesity. I wish I had been smarter regarding my own health before becoming pregnant, but it is what it is, and I have vowed to do the best I can with the situation! My husband and I are thrilled with the pregnancy, though I think sometimes...he still doesn't quite get it! I cried when I heard the baby's heartbeat last week, and that's what really hit it home for me that our lives are about to change.
2) How are you feeling this week? Any new symptoms? Any old symptoms disappear?
I am so exhausted! Man oh man! I have never been this exhausted...even when I had mono when I was younger! The worst nausea I've had so far has actually not been as bad as I've heard other women having, so I'm quite grateful for that! I haven't vomited yet, though there were times when my body threatened it. For example...the time when my FiL's drooling machine of a dog slobbered all over me when we were visiting...
3) When is your first (or next) appointment?
Next appointment is this Thursday! It's my first with the OB, though I've already had my first Ultra Sound.
4) Rants/Raves/Other?
My biggest problem so far...is that finding gender neutral clothing and blankets...is nearly impossible! Everything around here seems to be gender specific. We're not going to know for another two months what the baby is! So that means we'll either need to wait to buy stuff...or take a chance.

Most of what we have bought are toys and books! I have found quite a few used books at thrift stores that were in perfect condition, including some of my favorites from my own childhood!

4) Rants/Raves/Other? I've gotten so spoiled with dr appt.'s not having one for 4 weeks is killing me... and my doppler sucks I'm probably not using it right. hahaha!
5) GTKY: Have you made any baby purchases yet? Or received any gifts from family/friends? I bought some pacifiers... I had to buy something! haha!! We have received a lot of gifts, baby blankets, books, etc. We have been trying for a long time so everyone is just as excited as we are and are already spoiling this baby!!

3. Next OB June 27, 12 weekd! And I'm so impatient lol
4. Idk if I'm loving my obgyn. I told him at my 8 week that I have a SCH and he still did a very rough pelvic exam that caused more bleeding. Though it has really slowed and is just old now, it still bothers me about him.
5. We made 1 purchase and got totally taken. We bought a glider from an online sale and when we got it home, it was junk. Loose and the stuffing was beaten down with no hopes of rejuvenation. My dad is over the moon and is one step ahead of us on even painting our nursery and picking out stuff lol. We told him no purchases yet.
