With Father's Day approaching I'm wondering what to get my dad as a gift (DH is super easy and wants a hammock, and I also put together a shadow box with the scrubs he wore for when DD was born, her ankle band, and birth announcement). Anyways, my dad is an amazing dad and I have always appreciated everything he has done for his children. My mom walked out on us when I was 2, and left my dad with 3 children under the age of 3 (and he was only 23 at the time). I want to do something that reflects how much I am in awe of his abilities as a father (I seriously don't know how he did it). Any suggestions on really thoughtful gifts? Any gifts you have given that your dad loved? Any ideas that you wouldn't mind sharing?
