Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? This week is kind of rough because of the holiday and work on Wednesday, but I would like to go the gym every day this week except for Monday (I was in a car all day traveling home) and Wednesday (I have to work from about 6am-8pm and there is no way I am going to the gym). I also slipped a little over the weekend and have been having some sweets/sugar, which is not good for PCOS, so I want to cut that out again!
Any challenges you're facing this week? Just super busy at work this week, especially on Wednesday. Also, if I have my IUI on Saturday morning, I am going to be afraid to go to the gym for a day or two after that, which could impact my fitness goals this week. I am going to ask my RE about exercising after the IUI, but from what I've read, it might be better to avoid it for a day or two.
How did you do with your goals last week? I was surprised I lost weight (only .5--but it's better than gaining) with the holiday weekend and not exercising. Even though I was away from home, I did swim quite a bit and also was active in a kayak and on the water, so I guess I was still burning calories. I am hoping to do better this week with weight loss!
GTKY: What fitness related accomplishment are you proud of the most? It can be as simple as going a week without sugar/coffee/etc. or as big as losing 100 pounds. This your chance to brag about what you've done. No humble bragging here. AW it up! I am pretty proud of myself for not drinking pop since December 31st--I gave it up as a New Year's Resolution. I used to drink soooo much diet coke, and I'm happy I gave it up!

Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? Go back to my weight watchers meeting tomorrow and suck up the fact that I'm going to have a gain for reasons kind of beyond my control.
Any challenges you're facing this week? Trying not to eat my feelings.
How did you do with your goals last week? N/A

I lost 50 pounds between February of 2015 and November of 2015 by following weight watchers and consistently exercising, though sometimes it was as little as a nightly walk. I am currently up 7 pounds from that lowest weight but I'm so excited to get back there and keep going!

Goal Weight OR how are you feeling this week? I'm feeling good this week. I'm trying to break up with the scale for awhile so I'm not sure what my current weight is. I ate what I wanted to this weekend, didn't stress about it, and I got right back on track this morning!
Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? 5 workouts, track all food consumption today through Saturday (I don't track food on Sundays)
Any challenges you're facing this week? Luckily, things are looking fairly good this week on the nutrition side. Fitness will be hard because it is so freaking HOT this week!!
How did you do with your goals last week? I did 5 of my 6 workouts and tracked my food Monday-Friday. So I did okay. This week will be better!
GTKY: What fitness related accomplishment are you proud of the most? It can be as simple as going a week without sugar/coffee/etc. or as big as losing 100 pounds. This your chance to brag about what you've done. No humble bragging here. AW it up! I broke my addiction to soda. I used to drink so much diet soda, but I stopped drinking it in August, save for a handful of days that I have had a couple of sips, and one full soda in Mexico in September. I'm pretty proud of myself!

Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? Getting back on track after a crazy May.
Any challenges you're facing this week? BIL's wedding this week is going to be tough to navigate, but I'll do my best.
How did you do with your goals last week? Ok. The weekend (with the holiday) wasn't great because we were so busy. When I can't stick to my workout schedule, the rest tends to go downhill too.
GTKY: What fitness related accomplishment are you proud of the most? It can be as simple as going a week without sugar/coffee/etc. or as big as losing 100 pounds. This your chance to brag about what you've done. No humble bragging here. AW it up! My proudest accomplishment is the 5 mile race that I ran in the fall. I never ever would have thought I would be a runner and now I love it! 5k didn't feel like a big deal, but 5 miles did. Now I'm working up to a 10k.

@beary67 Congrats on not drinking pop for so long, that's awesome! I've cut back my caffeine significantly (I used to drink like 1 or bottles of diet pepsi a day and now I don't usually drink any except sometimes I slip like yesterday and today but before that it'd been a couple weeks...)
Goal Weight OR how are you feeling this week? SW: 140 CW: 132 GW: 110
Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? Get back on my diet and cut out sweets. We ordered a treadmill (finally) so it comes in on Friday and I'm going to start the couch to 5K again.
Any challenges you're facing this week? Well I'm already way behind on this week since my cheat day was basically 3 days long... So now I have to loose a little I gained back after my weekly weigh-in...
How did you do with your goals last week? Good until Saturday then the holiday weekend cheating began...
GTKY: What fitness related accomplishment are you proud of the most? It can be as simple as going a week without sugar/coffee/etc. or as big as losing 100 pounds. This your chance to brag about what you've done. No humble bragging here. AW it up! This sounds dumb but I'm really proud of how much water I've been drinking. I've replaced soda (for the most part) with water and where I used to drink maybe 8-16oz a day I now drink at least 64oz (probably closer to 80) and it's honestly making me feel so much better. I get way less headaches and in general I have more energy, also I snack less.

Any challenges you're facing this week? I didn't run over the weekend so my week is short for the rest of my runs.
How did you do with your goals last week? I didn't do well. I ate a ton of food over the weekend, skipped a run, and logged less food than I had planned.
GTKY: What fitness related accomplishment are you proud of the most? I want to say finishing my first full marathon, but it was probably finishing my first half marathon.

I am going to add one more gif this week.. For myself because I basically ate anything that wasn't nailed down this weekend
Have a great week!
Goal Weight OR how are you feeling this week?
I'm not stepping on a scale until next week, but I have begun working out daily and I feel amazing; better spirits, less tired
Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week?
I am determined to hit 10k steps daily; so far I have done that; also began doing the C25k app so I want to stay on track with that
Any challenges you're facing this week? Have my HSG Friday so I don't know how I'll feel after that; I'm going to try to work out before it just in case I'm crampy afterwards and don't feel like doing anything
How did you do with your goals last week? Eh

My goal weight is 180. Which is actually still apparently over weight for my age and height. Go figure.
Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week?
No fast food, and exercise at least three days!
Any challenges you're facing this week?
The bar prep monster has bitten me and I'm always so tired. I'm just mentally and physically exhausted. It makes it hard to make myself get up and workout.
How did you do with your goals last week?
AWFUL! I planned to exercise three days, didn't do it once. I suck at life.

I don't really have anything to brag about here. I really let myself down these past few months and am just now getting to where I care again. But getting started is hard.

Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? I want to keep with eating better and exercising every day this week. I want to NOT overeat at night.
Any challenges you're facing this week? My birthday is Monday so I hope I don't overeat celebrating this weekend.
How did you do with your goals last week? Better than I thought considering the holiday weekend! So that was great.

After college I had a crappy job and used to eat fast food and drink a ton of pop constantly, so I'm happy that I've made a lot healthier choices since then and barely eat fastfood or drink pop anymore.

Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? Continue with cutting out sugar/carbs. Eating as clean as possible. Walk more during the day and hopefully start going for nice walks in the evening after dinner. (get my body warmed up so I can start working out)
Any challenges you're facing this week? With inspection today, I have already broken my no sugar rule. I had a chocolate doughnut on my way to work. I also had a large iced coffee to get me going, which I said no more coffee from here on out. But I am going to just march right on and continue with healthy foods for the rest of the day and drink lots of water. I just think today is going to be my biggest hurdle.
How did you do with your goals last week? Not terrible. I pretty much kicked my sugar addiction and I am about half way through kicking my card addiction. No soda of any kind, not even diet. So far it has resulted in a few pounds loss

Before I got married in November, I had lost my 1st "long term" goal I set when I started my journey. I lost a total of 100 pounds. 6 months later and well into happy wedded bliss, I have gained 32 of it back (now only 26 to go!) I have managed to cut out soda. I was also addicted to energy drinks for a long time, and I was able to kick that as well. I lost a total of 10 dress sizes. (Thankfully only went up 1 in the past 6 months). Fast food is now only a once in a while treat, instead of a 2-3 meals a day kind of thing. Its been a long road. And I was dreading getting back into it until I just typed all of this. Has given me a pretty good mood and positive boost!

@marriedhamstermom hey! i just ordered a treadmill too! Delivers tomorrow! Ive been just blindly eating whatever I want, not really caring, thinking I still had the metabolism of my 20 yr old self. Then I after a few months I saw some pictures and OMG.
So I'm really digging this thread and I enjoy reading everyones fitness journey. I'd like to start having goals and posting and etc.
Goal Weight OR how are you feeling this week? CW:171 GW:145 Feeling bad but trying to take the first steps.
Fitness and Nutrition Goals for the week? No carbs. Super hard for me bc I love love them. Also, I'm Asian so that's like 80% of our intake. Start sweating. Do something! That's my goal.
Any challenges you're facing this week? The hardest part is getting started. All my work out clothes are tight.. my shoes are old.. but I've biked a little here and there and walked a little. I take my dog for walks but he's 13 so we go at a slow pace. DH is training for his 2nd marathon. I can not run. I have always been a fat kid, always will be I may not be able to run 12 miles when he trains but I can bike it! Also having a DH who is super fit is kind of hard.
How did you do with your goals last week? No goals from last week. Will start from here.
GTKY: What fitness related accomplishment are you proud of the most? Last year I ran my 1st and only 5k. Ive cut soda almost completely out and Ive cut drinking almost completely out.
I was doing some reading and it says soy milk is bad when TTC. When I started doing more reading it list became longer and longer. Are yall cutting/changing yalls diet for TTC?

Any challenges you're facing this week? Just life and finding a way to seriously break some old habits, and start wearing in a groove to some new ones. Right now I just feel kind of depressed.

How did you do with your goals last week? I was doing so well! For like three or four days, and then Friday we went out to celebrate our Anniversary, Memorial Day weekend was three days in a row of just eating too much and lots of desserts, plus AF so ya. I can't even believe how quickly my weight goes up! Last week I was in the 150s, and I swore once upon a time I never wanted to be over 150 unless I were pregnant. I have been over 150 for a while now and still not pregnant so ya. Summer is here and this is not going to fly.

humble bragging here. AW it up! I recently lost 71 lbs from 201 (size 14/16) to 130 in 2014/15. I was up 7-10 lbs from my low weight for the wedding, (and now I'm up even more from that). But I was wearing sizes 0/2/4 last spring, which I thought was utterly unfathomable for me, and now I am barely in a random size 4 dress, my size 6's are getting too tight, and I actually just bought some size 8 capris and ankle pants online today because I can't stand how I feel. No idea how they will fit though. Uhm, why doesn't this feel like bragging? lol I also once ran a marathon in an 18 hour period, which doesn't maybe sound that cool, but I sort of randomly realized I had run 11.8 miles one night, so I woke up and ran another 14.4 and finished by noon so I felt pretty good about that! That was back in 2010, right around the time I met DH.
