2) How are you feeling this week? Any new symptoms? Any old symptoms disappear? I feel good. Still having sore boobs and exhaustion, but other than that I'm not spotting anymore (I had a SH) and no MS. I'm 9 1/2 weeks so almost out of first tri! WOOHOO!

3) When is your first (or next) appointment? Friday. My first appointment with my actual OB. I've been with my RE since I found out. Nervous to meet her and a little nervous about my weight. I haven't gained any, and I hope she can see I'm trying hard!

4) Rants/Raves/Other? A friend of my MIL asked me this weekend if I was going to have gastric bypass after this baby comes. I'm literally a size 16/18! Nowhere near the need for gastric bypass. What the actual hell! lol.

5) GTKY: What's your favorite movie? Ah, so many!!! P.S. I love You is definitely up there!

Morning Sickness/Nause is still kicking my behind...but nothing really new this week!

3) When is your first (or next) appointment?
I had an ultrasound and last appointment with my RE this morning - baby is measuring 1 day ahead, so it was good news! I have another ultrasound and the first appointment with my OB's office on Friday, so hoping to see growth between today and then!

4) Rants/Raves/Other?
Mini-Rant: My DH is wicked supportive, but still manages to annoy me. On Sunday, I ended up throwing up twice (after both lunch and dinner), and the second time I hear him sighing like I'm inconveniencing him...it's like he thinks I can just control when I get sick...UGH!

5) GTKY: What's your favorite movie?
I'd say my absolute favorite is Jurassic Park.

@Emma61210 - I'm glad to hear the spotting is gone!! I'm sorry to hear that your MIL's friend said that - so rude and none of her business! My RE has more than once tried to get me to go down that route (and I am bigger than you - size 22/24), but it is just not something I'm interested in. My best friend is a nurse and has seen so many bad side effects from the surgery...and while I know there is a small chance of problems, I don't want to take that risk!

2) How are you feeling this week? Any new symptoms? Any old symptoms disappear? Same symptoms very tired sore boobs and occasional nausea! Feeling pretty lucky!

3) When is your first (or next) appointment?
I just had my first appointment at my ob instead of my RE. My next appointment is June 24th at 12 weeks.
4) Rants/Raves/Other?
Was hoping to have another sono today but only got a blood draw and didn't get to hear heartbeat... We have only saw the hearbeat at 6 weeks a strong 136!

Really want to do NIPT testing, what are your thoughts?

5) GTKY: What's your favorite movie?
Too many to could definitely a movie buff! Love superhero movies and romantic comedies!

@LJ623Totally understand! My DH is the same about my back aches.
@Emma61210 I am the same size as you and completely agree no need for the surgery! Hopefully one day she will get the hint!

HI! My name is Laura and I am a 28 year old full time student (secondary education major, concentrating on English language arts). DH and I have been married for 6 years (going on 7, in September) and we're hoping for a happy, healthy rainbow baby this time around.

2) How are you feeling this week? Any new symptoms? Any old symptoms disappear?
A newish symptom is itchy/sore (and huge?) nips. Otherwise, I've had slight ms (milkshakes make me vomit

but it's mostly just been nausea), all day exhaustion, and ferocious heartburn.

3) When is your first (or next) appointment?
I have a follow up u/s set for June 8th and I'm super anxious about it.

4) Rants/Raves/Other?
No rants, yet, but I would like to rave on DH for being so supportive and understanding. Also on our church family for actively praying for us. It helps reduce my anxiety and DH and I really appreciate it.

5) GTKY: What's your favorite movie?
I like a lot of different movies, so this is a toughie. I love cult classics like The Breakfast Club and The Princess Bride. I'm a huge Disney fan! My favorite horror movie is Silence of the Lambs and I love the Harry Potter movies (but I prefer the books). It's really hard to choose just one favorite.

Edited because my phone and TB don't play nicely with each other.

Same. Really nauseous sore boobs and back, tired, hungry!

3) When is your first (or next) appointment?
Next appt 6/8- next week wednesday
Next u/s - 6/25

4) Rants/Raves/Other?
Pee a lot! I think people at work are starting to catch on.

5) GTKY: What's your favorite movie?
Grease, Dirty Dancing

@Emma61210 It seemed very routine only got bloodwork done and no sono. Just explained how the rest of the preganancy would go as far as visits would go. My ob seemes to be very minimal.

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting here. I am 8wks and 6days right now. I am very overweight and nervous about having a healthy baby. I have been trying so hard to eat better and have actually lost a few lbs.

2) How are you feeling this week? Any new symptoms? Any old symptoms disappear?
I feel good, actually. I have yet to have any real morning sickness. I just have sore boobs, which have gotten a little better, gas, cramps, and acne. The cramps are the worst symptom as they are scary even though I know they are completely normal.

3) When is your first (or next) appointment?
My next apt is June 25th. I had my first ultrasound last Friday and got to see and hear the heartbeat which helped put me at ease a lot.

4) Rants/Raves/Other?
I guess not so much a rant but a feeling of sadness because I am so overweight that I will not get to have the ute baby bump I so wish for. I probably wont even look pregnant until 7 or 8 months. I worry about how people look at or think of me when I say I am pregnant.

5) GTKY: What's your favorite movie?
Boys N The Hood lol always has been
