Turn off monitor

I feel like a bad mom. Last night, my husband told me that the night before, I told him to go ahead and shut the monitor off (because I was going to go get him) but I never got up. He had to cry himself back to sleep :'( He woke me up two hours later (He had not been crying the entire time) and seemed fine. I just feel terrible that he was just left alone to cry

    These things happen, especially to very tired people. Best not to beat yourself up about it. Give extra cuddles today.

    One time won't scar him for life.. Don't worry! it's what you do regularly that counts and that he will remember. As PP said, extra snuggles today will make up for it even if your baby doesn't realize the correlation :)
