Already getting my period?

DS will be 2 month tomorrow and I started spotting today. Could it be my period coming back? I am breastfeeding and pumping. With DD, I didnt get my period until 3 months after I stopped pumping which was almost 10 months post partum. It's the last thing I want to deal with right now...
