Do the ingredients in my iron pill (fusion plus) replace prenatal vitamins?

My Fusion Plus pills have more folic acid than prenatals, so do you ladies think I need prenatal vitamins too? Here is what they contain:

    Hey OP, I feel like you're mistaking us for a Google searchbar.  Google prenatals, and compare the ingredients with what's in your iron thing.  eta It's not just folic acid in a prenatal.

    I did google it and compare it others, which is why I think it would work but I wasn't sure. I could not find any instances of other women taking this pill and prenatal vitamins. I am new to prenatals and ttc honestly, so I was hoping someone else would have an idea?
