Re: meal plan monday
We call it mountain spaghetti but it is actually spaghetti squash.
We love it for healthy and taste.
We cut the squash in half and cover it with wet paper towel and put it in the microwmins and then turn over 9 min more mins.
Then scrape out and you have spaghetti that is way healthier. You can add your sauce and meatballs. We do turkey meatballs.

Tuesday: oven roasted lemon thyme chicken
Wednesday: baked potato and chili
thursday: tbd- probably leftovers
friday: out
