Taking a freaking pacifier!! I can not be the human pacifier...because then you eat too much and are a pain until you throw up and I am sick of doing laundry and constantly smelling like baby spit up.
Please nap in places other than the Moby wrap. My back is not happy. @Ready4theParty ditto on the pacifier. Tried all of the brands. He acts like they're torture and gets super pissed.
@K&Elizabeth @Ready4theParty have you tried putting a little of your milk on the pacifier before you offer it? We had to do that with our baby. It took several days but she came around to it and seems to like it now.
Also we tried every brand under the sun and the only one that she tolerated is the Mam.
@runningwild Same here. My Dh thought I was crazy for getting a bunch of different pacifiers. Now he gets it. She refuses all other pacifiers - she makes a face like we gave her hot sauce, then spits the paci out at us. She's so dramatic
Please stop fighting sleep! You are obviously dog tired, so when I put you down for a nap, go to sleep and stay asleep! You napped so good yesterday and went right to sleep at bedtime. Today you are fighting it and I imagine you'll be crying at bedtime tonight. Sleep is your friend, trust Mommy!!
Here's another - stop putting your fist in your mouth when I'm trying to feed you. You know nothing is coming out of there.
It drives me nuts when she does this. She clenches so hard and it's impossible to move her arm away. Then she starts screaming because she's hungry and clearly I'm not feeding her. *rolls eyes*

Stop trying to stand when I'm trying to snuggle and settle you! LO straightens his legs in my lap refusing to accept the snuggle when he's tired. I'll also double down on the kicking during changes bit. I'm so over it!
...stop yanking on my hair when i'm trying to lay you down to breastfeed! Oh also, if you could stop pinching my nipples with your deathgrip and sharp fingernails that'd be awesome too. I promise I want to feed you!!
@runningwild we tried the milk thing a bit but I am off to pick up several brands this am that I can't get at the local target and I am desperate so I will be soaking those suckers.
I don't think the pacifier would be such a big deal if she could just stop soothing on the boob. DD1 refused one but did OK with soothing herself without one.
Even with a pacifier, my baby still wants the comfort sometimes. She ends up falling asleep on my boob. Then she nibbles the nipple in her sleep, and the feeling of it drives me crazy. It doesn't hurt, it's just....annoying, like an itch. But, taking it away wakes her and I don't always have the energy to deal with that.
...stop screaming and crying every minute that you're awake and not on a boob? He gives me about 3 content minutes after a feed, but then it's crankiness. Looks like I've got another colicky baby.

I'm right there with you. If he's not on the boob or sleeping in the Moby, he's screaming. My new mantra is "this, too, shall pass". I think it's harder on my daughter. She's so routine driven and Thomas is throwing her off her game with all his unpredictability. I can't imagine how you're coping with 3 other kiddos .
... Stop having a cold! It hurts my heart to see you go through it. Even though I caught it from you and am two days behind you on it. Experiencing what you are and not being able to do much about it is heart breaking.

A couple weeks ago, I remember responding to your post about colic. My first did nothing but scream for 5.5 mos. It seems like it takes forever, but you're right, it will pass.
Re: Baby, I love you, but could you please...
And yes she's been checked for reflux.
