DH and I met when we were 7 years old at church. We started dating when I was 15 and he was 14, so I guess we are considered high school sweethearts.

In college--we lived in the same building and began hanging out that way. We've basically lived together since we started dating ---definitely unusual!

Rant/Rave/Symptoms: My back is killing me these days. I think some kind of exercise brace may be in order. And my hormones are out of control today. It's DD last day of toddler class and I'm pretty sure I'm going to bawl my eyes out when I pick her up. I love her current teachers so much.

GTKY: How did you meet your SO/DH? I worked with one of his best friend's just out of college. DH would frequently come to our work happy hours because everything was free. I met him there.

We have known each other since middle school but my dad would not let me go talk to him at all, we were good friends, then i went a different route in life and a friend introduced us we were puzzled because we felt like we knew each other but since it had been a long time since we had talk. did not recognize each other until we were talking about where we grew up and everything clicked in.

GTKY: How did you meet your SO/DH? We met at a roller skating rink and "dated" back in middle school (we went to different schools). We both went our separate ways when we became teenagers and started driving and stuff. We started talking again years later on facebook just to catch up. One thing lead to another and we went out on a date. It was like no time had passed between us at all. We both had kids from previous relationships so we are kind of like the Brady Bunch.

Found out yesterday I failed the 3-hour glucose and have GD. In case that didn't suck enough, the specialist office can't see me until next Friday - so I have a week and a half of knowing something is wrong that may be hurting my baby but not getting any help in fixing it. I'm just going to cut out sugar and processed carbs for now and hope for the best.

Three day weekend and I'm going to start packing to finally move back into our house.

eHarmony, although it turned out that many years prior, we had worked in side-by-side restaurants owned by the same person. Since the restaurants shared storage space and supplies, we probably saw each other or talked many times. But I'm 5 years older and he was just a high schooler at the time, so I probably paid him no attention.

We met at a high school football game. He actually took me to my junior homecoming. We continued to talk throughout the years and finally started dating. We got engaged three months later and married just over a year later.

Rant/Rave/Symptoms: Last week I started needing a pillow between my knees at night to keep my hips from getting sore. I don't remember needing that with DS til like 35 weeks.

@Mfuller76 Our stories are kind of similar! DH and I met on eHarmony but we lived only two blocks away from each other for two years before that. So he might have walked his dog past my house dozens of times. Crazy. We actually met in person for the first time six years ago yesterday!

Rant/Rave/Symptoms - my hips are starting to really hurt. Lovely. Other than that, I am SO uncomfortable any time I try and relax on the couch. I blame the massive boobs.

GTKY: How did you meet your SO/DH? Well, we were homeschooled (lame, I know) so we met during our homeschool group's weekly Co-Op. We actually took ballroom dance class together (again, lame. BUT came in handy for the wedding dance!) Fun story, we hated each other in Jr. High. Funny how people grow up.

Rant/Rave/Symptoms: DH is really getting on my nerves. My back, pelvis, and especially pubic bone REALLY hurt constantly. Even when I wear my maternity belt. It has been like that for at least the past 10 weeks, but any time his back hurts it is the end of the world. I'm having a hard time being sympathetic towards him.
What coming up next? I'm starting to paint the art for the nursery. Hoping that I don't have any issues and that they turn out okay.
Questions: STM's- For those of you who exercised in your first pregnancy, did you exercise up until day of or slowly taper down? I'm just walking right now, but I'm trying to walk as much as possible.
GTKY: How did you meet your SO/DH?: We met at the pool the summer before 7th grade. He asked me out and I said no. Finally agreed to a date when we were 16 and we've been together ever since.
