My appointment with my doctor is not for another five weeks, so I am at a loss here.
We have always been pretty active. I am not worried about overdoing it at the gym or biking or stuff like that. I am worried about overdoing it hiking.
We are doing a 24 mile hike tomorrow and I am a little concerned. My heartrate is up and it doesn't take much for me to feel it now. We are obviously doing a lengthy hike at a fast pace. DH is going to get frustrated if I slow the pace down, but IDK. I want to. I don't want to overdo it.
Anyone have any tips for knowing when you have hit your limits. I don't want to be constantly checking my heartrate. I also don't want to die out there.

It is so good to see other women can be active throughout pregnancy.
