My skin has never been worse. I use those face cleaning acne pads and they seem to help but dries my skin out at the same time. Plus my face is super oily. We want and love these darn babies so much already but they definitely wreak havoc on our bodies lol
Ha. Story of my life. I've struggled with acne for all of my adulthood, and even more so after I got my BFP. Honestly, the only thing that saves me is Bare Minerals foundation. It's a great cover up and does not irritate or clog pores. I've tried so many acne products and all they do is dry my skin out.
I once read that Scarlett Johansson uses apple cider vinegar to keep her face looking flawless. Since I've ditched all chemical face washes, I've been using a splash of the cider vinegar diluted with water. It helped bring down two huge white heads I had before I went crazy & tried to pop them, so I consider that a win.

When I break out there is an Apricot Scrub by St. Ives that works wonders on my skin. I don't usually have a problem but it works great when I need it. I can usually find it in the face wash section.
@Knottie1443924966. The recipe I found was 2 tablespoons ACV in 4 oz water and you apply with a cotton ball or the likes twice a day. It dries out my face, so I do it 3x a week.

PMForbie I tried some vinegar on the stubborn pimples around my mouth last night and woke up to a face I wasn't afraid to look at! The concealer had to work a lot less hard today, thanks for the tip!
Glad I'm not the only one! I've always had great skin and all of sudden, I look like I'm 15 again. I've refrained from makeup because I'm concerned it will make it worse. I'm going to try the ACV tip!
I just something and wanted to share it with you ladies:
"You should not use any products that containbenzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid, or any of the retinoids. They are not safe to use during pregnancy," says Jamal, an assistant clinical professor of dermatology and microbiology at NYU Medical Center in New York City.
What you can try, she says, are sulphur-based topical products, as well as those containing glycolic acid or alpha hydroxy acids, or any at-home microdermabrasion treatment.
I read this somewhere as well, so I've recently been using the clean & clear morning burst face wash, I looked at the ingredients and it doesn't have salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide. I think it's maybe not specifically for acne (there's no "active ingredients") but helps get rid of oil and all.
I use Noxema's blemish scrub every morning and night, as well as all I drink is water. It works really good, but sometimes it seems new hormone driven pimples come back faster than I can dry out the old ones!
I even get them on my neck! That has NEVER happened before!
I've always had difficult skin, and it's only gotten worse with my hormones going crazy! I used to use strong washes and meds from my dermatologist. Since finding out I am pregnant, I've mainly gone all organic and avoided added chemicals and extra junk in products. I've noticed a huge difference in my skin!! I use Burt's Bees deep cream cleanser 2x a day with their sensitive skin moisturizer on top. It's a little more pricey than I usually spend on products, but so worth it! I feel guilty for ever using so many unnecessary chemicals on my body!
