DH and I are in the market for a new or used car depending on the deal, the price and the condition of the car. I really, really want a super white car, not even the ivory/cream color ones, you guys. The stark white ones--I just like the way they look and think they look sleek and sophisticated lol. So I was eyeing the Toyota Highlander for a family car but it doesn't come in white! Only that off-white cream color that I don't dig. The Toyota RAV4 does come in the white but the newer model looks like it has an overbite in the front. I want a white Highlander and I can't have it! I know...I'm ridiculous.
DH has decided today he doesn't want to buy two cribs (bassinet for our bedroom plus bigger crib for the nursery). I am very opposed to keeping my newborn in a separate room but all baby items come out of his income. Also, that would mean cleaning out my office in the middle of writing my dissertation. So now I have to decide whether this is one of those battles I "choose" to fight.
I need to go to the store but i don't want to get up. Also, I'm super excited about Birth classes, but I'm more reluctant now that I found out the classes start at 6:30 A.M. Needless to say, I'm not a morning person.

Grrrr, I have a problem I WANT to talk about that doesn't seem petty to me at all, but I don't want to take the time to type it out. That in itself is my petty problem.
I started an Amazon baby regirsty because I have lots of stuff from random websites that I'd like to register for. Etsy, pottery barn, etc. Well, amazon keeps saying these items "Failed to be added to the registry. Please try again later." GRRRRRRRRR

@CopperBoom86 have you tried Amazon prime? They have a bunch of shows and movies, and a bit different selection than Hulu and Netflix. Or that's where I go when I'm bored with the other two
I cohosted an enrichment meeting today for my LLL group and only one (non-leader) showed when we had a pretty nice RSVP list about an hour before the event. The petty problem is that I bought a fruit and veggie tray and we barely touched it. Now I have a ton of veggies that I don't want to eat but don't want to waste, either.
I am bringing my petty Saturday problem in to Sunday because it's 12:40 am and I can't get comfortable in bed anymore and I know it is only going to get worse.
@books&icecream Fight for that bassinet! If you feel that you don't want your baby in another room, a bassinet will calm your nerves and your baby will be right next to you if that's what you want.
Re: Petty Problem Saturday! 5/21/16
