Teeth whitening / toothpaste

So I am not one to sweat the "small things" (occasional deli meat, caffine etc.) but I caught myself panicking tonight as I finished up a new teeth whitening routine with a Crest HD smile kit I was given to sample. Mid-whitening I quickly checked the warning labels which mention nothing about caution during pregnancy, but the list of ingredients is rather ominous. As its nearly midnight I could only consult Dr. Google which had varying responses and so to be safe I will likely discontinue use until consulting with my OB. I'd rather have yellow teeth and a Healthy baby than an "HD white smile."

just curious, however, if anyone has already discussed this issue with their OB and what their recommendations were.
