We keep missing weeks. Where are my Friday ladies at??? (and I totally stole the questions from yesterday's post)

you besides your SO (if anyone)? For STMs+, do you have a plan in place
for who will watch your older kid(s) when you go into labor?

How big is baby (fruit size or other)? lettuce or camping lantern
Rants/ Raves/ Symptoms? major backaches a few times this week, which led to cramping/minor contractions. Thankfully they went away after I laid down with a heating pad, but it's happened twice this week.
What is coming up next? Glucose test is on Thursday

GTKY: Who will you tell you're in labor (if anyone)/who will be in the room with you besides your SO (if anyone)? For STMs+, do you have a plan in place for who will watch your older kid(s) when you go into labor? My ILs are watching DS, so they'll be the first call after my OB. If it's the middle of the night or something our neighbors are on call to come watch him until ILs can get here. Otherwise, when I get to the hospital and all checked in (as long as it's a decent hour) we'll let my parents, our siblings and some close friends know (plus you ladies, of course!) but no one aside from DH will be with me at the hospital. Everyone else will find out once the baby is here and we are settled in.

Rants/ Raves/ Symptoms? Hips just throb all through the night, I toss and turn and cannot get comfortable. I am glad though that I haven't experienced any contractions yet....my PGAL brain has already kicked in big time this week and I took a day off to see my doctor because I was worried about my LO not moving as much. I fear contractions would send me over the edge.
What is coming up next? My real appointment is next Friday, so happy I will be (or am I already??) in the 3rd trimester!

Just my mom, I am sure she will tell all of my family, so I am happy I won't have to worry about spreading the word.

Rants/ Raves/ Symptoms? I'm so freaking sick of the insomnia. And I know it's here until the end. People think you don't sleep when you have a newborn. Ha! I sleep better.
What is coming up next? Nothing really. Next appointment isn't for a week and a half.

DH, our parents and siblings, and my mom's group from when I was KU with DS will know I'm in labor. Only DH will be in the room for L&D, just like last time. As for what will happen with DS...depends on how my labor starts. If my water breaks in the middle of the night like last time, MIL will come over and stay the rest of the night with him and then take him to her house. If it's during the day, we'll take him to the hospital and have ILs meet us there for a hand off. My parents like sitting in the waiting room at the hospital the whole time. My mom likes being there, even if it's just the waiting room, just to be close.
