So I had an ectopic pregnancy April 2015. So this pregnancy I get my numbers drawn every 24 hours until I hit 2000 and then I will get an ultrasound to make sure baby snuggled up in the right spot. My numbers thus far 5/9 68, 5/11 158 and 5/13 257. Last one was only a 63 percent increase and from what I have read at 48 hours 60 percent increase is what is a minimum for most. I know I'm thinking way too hard in to this but I just need some reassurance. A little pep talk. A "everything is going to be fine" . My doctor didn't sound concerned but of course I'm over here like they don't know what they're talking about.

it ended up the baby stopped growing around 8 weeks. this pregnancy I doubled and is fine. I know that some people double slower but it's definitely better to ask your doctor these questions while you're there as the Internet is full of misinformation (as evidenced here)
keep your chin up though. Dwelling on the what-ifs will only drive you bonkers, believe me.
