FINALLY sleeping in crib ALL night!

I cannot believe my 8 month old has been sleeping in her crib all night long for a week now!! I am so beyond happy and am actually getting a good nights rest. Emily has been coming into our bed since 3 months when her good sleeping went out the window and she absolutely hated her crib! She would only stay asleep in her crib for about 3 hours at night then I had no choice but to let her sleep with me because she would cry and cry until I gave in. Up and down all night long sometimes. Finally last Friday I tried CIO and after 10 mins she was out! I went in there every 2 mins during that time and laid her back down put paci in mouth and walk away. I am so happy she has been doing so good ever since! She barely cries 2 mins when I put her to bed and she's out until morning

    Glad it worked out for you! I seem to have a brief moment of success..... then an ear infection happens, then red throat and teething nonstop! It's been a rough few months. My LO really only slept 'good' for 8 glorious weeks. Haha

    I am so happy this worked so well for us. I was so against CIO before this but trying everything else besides letting her cry didn't work I finally gave in and gave it a shot. I can't believe how well Emily did with it and I'm really glad she's able to put herself back to sleep now without me going in there multiple times during the night.

    well this is the rest of the post. Don't know what happened.
