@TurtleMomma I feel the same way! It doesn't matter what happens, I never feel clean.
I can't believe that still two weeks later I'm still blowing enormous chunks of scabs and the liquid stitches stuff out of my nose. Seriously, I never knew a nasal cavity was so big.
What's up with the bacne?! Ugh so gross. And I asked my hubs to put some lotion on my shoulders and he goes "oh my gahhhh". Gee thanks. Bc I can help it.

Another yeast infection. This one was rough and caused little minuscule tears in my labia, which are now finally healing almost a week later. This one has been a rough one. I've found coconut oil on my lady bits in the morning and at night helps create a little barrier to allow the skin to heal and it's worked wonders these last 2 days.
Countdown to Baby H! Mommy to Elizabeth (6/18/09), preemie at 34 weeks
I'm pretty pale, and normally have light pink, inverted nipples. Maybe the transition was more gradual than I realize, but I just took off my bra in front of the bathroom mirror and those nips are now prominent outies, and turned a dark, purplish brown. Even my husband said "whoa" when I pointed it out.
But he was reassuring, especially sweet about pointing out that my body will clealry help the baby latch since he knows I had been worried about that with my previously tiny inverted nipples.
I guess I no longer need worry. Do now I've started with the lanolin to protect them.
